    Abstract: A LIDAR apparatus includes a light source module configured to generate light, an optical transmitter configured to transmit the light generated by the light source module to outside, an optical receiver configured to receive light coming from the outside, an optical detector configured to detect the light received by the optical receiver, and a processor configured to control the operation of each of the light source module and the optical transmitter, wherein the light source module includes a first tunable laser light source configured to emit light in a first wavelength band, a second tunable laser light source configured to emit light in a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band, and a light selection element configured to select and output one of the lights emitted by the first tunable laser light source and the second tunable laser light source.

    Abstract: A meta device may include: a substrate; a mirror disposed on the substrate; a refractive index modulation layer disposed on the mirror; a nanoantenna facing the mirror with the refractive index modulation layer, the refractive index modulation layer being disposed between the nanoantenna and the mirror; and an insulating layer disposed between the nanoantenna and the refractive index modulation layer and having a non-uniform thickness. Since the thickness of the insulating layer is not uniform, a withstanding voltage characteristic of the meta device is improved.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing an organic-inorganic composite thin film may include: forming a thin film from a paste that includes an inorganic powder and an organic compound binder by using a screen printing process; and/or performing a pressing process and a heating process with respect to the thin film. The heating process may be performed at a glass transition temperature of the organic compound binder or in a temperature range higher than the glass transition temperature of the organic compound binder. An X-ray detector configured to detect X-rays irradiated from an outside of the X-ray detector may include: a photoconductive material layer in which electron-hole pairs are formed due to absorption of the X-rays.
