    Abstract: A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly including a negative electrode layer, a separation film and a positive electrode layer arranged in a first direction; and a case in which the electrode assembly is accommodated, the case including a first pressing portion which faces a first side surface of the electrode assembly accommodated in the case and applies a first pressing force to the electrode assembly along the first direction. The first pressing portion includes: a first surface facing the first side surface of the electrode assembly accommodated in the case; and a second surface opposite to the first surface and exposed outside the case, the second surface of the first pressing portion including a plurality of first curved grooves arranged along the first side surface of the electrode assembly accommodated in the case and lengthwise extending in a second direction crossing the first direction.

    Abstract: An ion exchange membrane for a redox flow battery, the anion exchange membrane including a porous substrate; and a polymer disposed in the porous substrate, wherein the polymer is a polymerization product of a composition for forming the ion exchange membrane, wherein the composition includes a first monomer and a second monomer, wherein the first monomer is substituted with a group including an ethylenic unsaturated double bond and includes a cationic heterocyclic compound including a nitrogen heteroatom and a counter anion thereof, and wherein the second monomer is polymerizable with the first monomer and is at least one selected from a (meth)acrylamide compound and a (meth)acrylate compound.
