Abstract:
A fifth-generation (5G) or sixth-generation (6G) communication system for supporting higher data rates after fourth-generation (4G) communication system such as long-term evolution (LTE) is provided. In the communication system, a centralized unit (CU) is provided. The CU transmits, to a distributed unit (DU), a message requesting information for determination of quality of experience (QoE) bottleneck, receives, from the DU, a message including the information for determination of QoE bottleneck, determines a QoE bottleneck factor based on the received information for determination of QoE bottleneck, wherein the QoE bottleneck factor is associated with a traffic state in a radio access network (RAN) or a core network, and performs QoE control based on the determined QoE bottleneck factor.

The present disclosure relates to a 5G communication system or a 6G communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4G communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). A method performed by a base station in a wireless communication system may include determining a first synchronization signal block (SSB) beam sweeping pattern, based on distribution of a plurality of user equipments (UEs), transmitting information indicating the first SSB beam sweeping pattern to a neighbor base station and the plurality of UEs, transmitting an SSB to the plurality of UEs, based on the first SSB beam sweeping pattern, receiving information about an SSB beam sweeping pattern of the neighboring base station from the neighbor base station, receiving parameter information for updating the first SSB beam sweeping pattern from a core network, updating the first SSB beam sweeping pattern to a second SSB beam sweeping pattern, based on second location information received in response to a request transmitted to the plurality of UEs, based on the parameter information, transmitting information indicating the second SSB beam sweeping pattern to the neighbor base station and the plurality of UEs, and transmitting an SSB to the plurality of UEs, based on the second SSB beam sweeping pattern.

The present disclosure relates to a 5G or a 6G communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4G communication system such as LTE. The present disclosure provides a method for an AI-based CSI report in a 5G or 6G communication system. The method performed by a base station in a wireless communication system include receiving capability information indicating whether the UE supports generation of AI-based CSI, receiving information on a change in inference time related to the AI-based CSI generation and information on a change in a channel state, based on the capability information, identifying information on a CSI report timing, based on the information on the change in the inference time and the change in the channel state, transmitting RRC configuration information including the CSI report timing, transmitting a CSI-RS, and receiving the CSI report based on the CSI-RS and the information on the CSI report timing.

An operating method of a server in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving, from an electronic device, information on a battery state of the electronic device and information on a time period related to an operating mode of the electronic device; determining a time interval for minimizing battery consumption of the electronic device on the basis of the information on the battery state and the information on the time period; and transmitting information on the time interval for minimizing the battery consumption of the electronic device.
Abstract:
A method of processing data using a Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) is provided. The method includes obtaining operand data and operator information to be applied to the operand data, partitioning the operand data by a channel element size unit of a texel of the GPU, transmitting an instruction which controls the GPU to return an operation result by performing an operation for the partitioned data and transmitting the partitioned data, and obtaining an operation result value from the GPU.
