A reactor head inspection system for use in performing a non-destructive inspection of tubular components mounted on an interior surface of a reactor head is disclosed. The inspection system includes a movable carriage assembly including a elevation arm and an inspection device mounted at a distal end of the elevation arm. The inspection device includes a C- or U-shaped collar having an interior surface of sufficient interior dimension to enable positioning of the interior surface of the collar in close proximity of an exterior surface of a tubular component and also includes a magnetic and/or eddy current sensor. A plurality of video cameras and light sources are also provided on a distal surface of the collar such that, when mounted on the elevation arm, the collar can be controllably positioned in close proximity adjacent a tubular component of the reactor head to achieve a 360° view and inspection of a surface of the tubular component.

The audience browser GUI allows a user to express constraints to define audiences. The audience browser displays characteristics of audiences defined by the constraints. A user can adjust constraints, observe characteristics of the resulting audience, and repeat to develop a desirable audience. In addition, the audience browser may recommend initial constraints and adjustments to constraints, based on advertiser goals and data.

Based at least in part on the information, one or more metrics are determined reflecting an association between online advertising and offline behavior relating to the brand, or vice versa. Optimization is performed for at least one parameter of an online advertising campaign or an offline advertising campaign based at least in part on at least one of the one or more metrics. The campaign could also be a combined offline/online campaign.

A handheld computer comprises a housing and a cover removably connected thereto by a universal hinge assembly. The universal hinge assembly includes a tubular member or arm having a proximal end fixedly (non-rotatably) secured to an edge of the cover and a distal end pivotally coupled to an edge of the cover. The pivotal coupling may comprise a ball and socket arrangement, a pin and slot arrangement, or any other type of coupling arrangement that enables universal pivoting movement and releasable attachment between the cover and the housing. The cover may include a cushion designed to abut a display screen mounted in the housing when the cover is in a closed position. A method of reconfiguring an encasement of a handheld computer having a cover releasably coupled thereto includes removing the first cover and replacing it with a second cover of a different type.
