    摘要: A coated transparency comprised of a substrate with four hydrophilic coating layers, two coating layers on the front side of the substrate and two coating layers on the reverse side of the substrate, wherein said front side coatings are comprised of an antistatic hydrophilic layer in contact with the substrate comprised of a blend of (1) a hydrophilic binder, (2) a water soluble acid salt, (3) a cationic component, and (4) a biocide, and the second coating situated on top of the first coating is comprised of (1) a binder formed from a latex, (2) a toner wetting agent, (3) a lightfast UV absorber, (4) a lightfast antioxidant, and (5) a lightfast antiozonant compound; and wherein said two coatings in contact with the reverse side of the substrate are comprised of a third hydrophilic antistatic luminescent coating comprised of a blend of (1) a hydrophilic binder, (2) a water soluble acid salt, (3) a cationic component (4) a luminescent component and (5) a biocide, and the fourth coating situated on top of the third coating is comprised of (1) a binder formed from a latex, (2) a toner wetting agent, (3) a lightfast UV absorber, (4) a lightfast antioxidant, and (5) a lightfast antiozonant compound.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of creating simulated photographic-quality prints using non-photographic imaging, said method comprising:(a) providing a coated transparent substrate having a wrong reading toner image formed thereon using a non-photographic imaging process; (b) providing one surface of a backing substrate with a first coating comprising a polymeric adhesive binder having a glass transition temperature less than 55.degree. C., an antistatic agent, a lightfastness inducing agent and an optional filler; (c) providing said one surface of said backing substrate with a second coating in contact with said first coating wherein said second coating comprises a hydrophilic polymer having a melting point of greater than 50.degree. C.; and a paper desizing agent material having a melting point of less than 75.degree. C., (d) providing a coating on another surface of said protective member opposite said one surface which is luminescent, antistatic, scuff resistant, and lightfast; and (e) adhering said substrates to each other by the application of heat and pressure.

Also disclosed is a process for generating images which comprises (1) generating an electrostatic latent image on an imaging member in an imaging apparatus; (2) developing the latent image with a toner which comprises a colorant and a resin selected from the group consisting of (A) copolymers of styrene and at least one other monomer; (B) copolymers of acrylic monomers and at least one other monomer; and (C) mixtures thereof; and (3) transferring the developed image to a recording sheet which comprises (a) a substrate; (b) a coating on the substrate which comprises (i) a polymeric binder selected from the group consisting of (A) copolymers of styrene and at least one other monomer; (B) copolymers of acrylic monomers and at least one other monomer; and (C) mixtures thereof; and (ii) an additive having a melting point of less than about 65.degree. C. and a boiling point of more than about 150.degree. C. and selected from the group consisting of (A) diphenyl compounds; (B) phenyl alkanes; (C) indan compounds; (D) benzene derivatives; (E) benzyl alcohols; (F) phenyl alcohols; (G) menthol; (H) aromatic amines; (I) aliphatic amines; (J) aldehydes; (K) aldehyde derivatives; and (L) mixtures thereof; (c) an optional filler; (d) an optional antistatic agent; and (e) an optional biocide.
