Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a nitrogen heterocycle fused ring-indene compound having a structure represented by the Formula (I), in which Ar1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic fused ring group containing at least one nitrogen heteroaryl; Ar2 represents a chemical group acting as an electron donor; R1 and R2 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 heterocyclyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C40 aryl, and substituted or unsubstituted C5-C40 heteroaryl. The compounds according to the present disclosure have high glass transition temperature and thermal stability, and are easy to form a high-quality amorphous film, so that a driving voltage can be lowered, the luminous efficiency and lifetime of the device are improved.

Abstract: Provided are an organic light-emitting display panel and a display device, for improving the light extraction efficiency of OLED display panel. The organic light-emitting display panel includes an array substrate having a plurality of driving elements, and a plurality of organic light-emitting components. Each light-emitting component includes an anode, a cathode and an organic functional layer arranged between the anode and the cathode. The organic functional layer includes a hole transmission region, a light-emitting layer, and an electron transmission region stacked in a sequence from the anode to the cathode. With respect to visible light having a certain wavelength, a refractive index of the light-emitting layer is less than a refractive index of the electron transmission region, and the refractive index of the light-emitting layer is less than a refractive index of the hole transmission region. The above organic light-emitting display panel is applicable to the display device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electron transport material having a structure represented by formula (I). The present disclosure enhances the glass transition temperature of the material by way of increasing the molecular weight thereof through modifying phenanthroline, without influencing the electron transport property of the material. A novel type of electron transport material having a glass transition temperature of more than 100° C. is designed by the present disclosure. The compound provided by the present disclosure is used as an electron transport material, i.e. as an electron transport layer; and the compound is doped with metals for use as an electron injection layer, thereby improving the efficiency of an OLED device and reducing the operation voltage.

By providing the organic layers with the compound having a spirobifluorene structure, the HOMO or LUMO energy level difference for hole or electron transport between different organic layers can be reduced due to the spirobifluorene compounds having the same main ring structure, which facilitates injection of electrons and/or holes, improving the luminous efficiency and lowering the turn on voltage.
