    摘要: The printed matter for regenerating a three-dimensional image derived from a parallax image string obtained on interpolating shape changes between images constituting the parallax image string is to be produced. An image printing device 1 morphs images constituting a plurality of sets of parallax image strings of an object obtained on photographing by an image pickup device 30. Based on the morphed parallax image string, the printed matter regenerating a three-dimensional image is formulated by the printer 50. The image printing device 1 executes processing in which the morphing rate of change is changed depending on the actuation of the actuating unit 100 to display the resulting image on the display unit 40. The image printing device 1 also morphs the image of the object photographed by the image pickup device 30 with an image stored in the external memory 80.

    摘要: To produce a rainbow-type holographic stereogram, an object beam is focused in the vertical direction with a cylindrical Fresnel lens. On the other hand, according to the edge-lit scheme, a reference beam is applied to a hologram recording medium via a light introduction block. A color holographic stereogram can be produced by utilizing a phenomenon that the color of a reproduction image is varied by moving the cylindrical Fresnel lens by a proper distance in the vertical direction.

    摘要: An image exposure recorder for exposure-recording a holographic stereogram image or a hologram image on a recording medium for hologram. The recorder has an inverse correction system for rotating the polarization plane of a reference light (R) by means of a half-wave plate (11), directing the reference light (R) to a hologram recording medium (3), and measuring the intensity of a part of the reference light (R) transmitted through a polarizer (12) out of the reference light (R) transmitted through a part of the area of the hologram recording medium by means of a photodetector (13). In the inverse correction system, the angle of rotation of the half-wave plate is so determined that the intensity of the reference light (R) determined by the photodetector may be minimum or maximum. Therefore the degradation of the coherence between the object light and the reference light attributed to the transmission of the object and reference lights through the hologram recording medium having birefringence is prevented, and thus a holographic stereogram for reproducing a bright holographic stereogram image is fabricated.

    摘要: An image data generating method for generating image data corresponding to a planar holographic stereogram is provided. First, an object or imaging device is rotated, while the distance between the object and the imaging device is kept substantially constant, for shooting plural images of different viewing angles by the imaging device. The image data of plural images is then corrected for keystone distortion. The image data corrected for keystone distortion is then processed with viewing point conversion processing for converting the viewing point for generating image data of images recorded on the holographic stereogram. In addition, image data including the information for plural images is compressed for storage in the internal storage device of the computer. With the image data having been read into the internal storage device, only the image data of an image required for image data conversion processing of generating image data of the image recorded on a holographic stereogram is expanded for executing image data conversion processing operations.
