摘要： A brake device for a fishing reel has a first brake disk, a second brake disk and two abutting discs. The first brake disk has an outer side, a through hole and a friction face. The friction face is formed on the outer side of the first brake disk and is adapted to face a minor panel of a clutch of the fishing reel. The second brake disk parallels the first brake disk and has two sides, a through hole and two friction faces. The friction faces are respectively formed on the sides of the second brake disk and are adapted to face the minor panel and a major panel of the clutch. The abutting discs are mounted in the through hole of the second brake disk to respectively abut the panels of the clutch to enable the second brake disk to be mounted between the panels at intervals.

摘要： A fly-fishing reel comprising a stationary housing mounted on a fishing rod and a rotatable spool having a clicker gear engaged by a pivoted pawl which can apply resistance to the rotation of the spool with the aid of a pair of spring devices. A single knob on the exterior of the housing is provided with a connection with an adjustment device having two eccentric pins in contact connection with the spring devices. Rotating or moving the knob changes the relative positions of the spring devices with respect to the pawl, thus changing the resistance exerted on the spool and allowing fishermen to more easily sense the movement of a hooked fish.

The first brake-adjusting device is mounted around a spindle of the spool and has a clutch cam and a lever mount. The clutch cam has a main plate body, a mounting tube, a spring and an abutting base formed on and protruding from the main plate body. The lever mount abuts with the clutch cam and has two pushing blocks, a mounting recess and at least one lever. The second brake-adjusting device is connected to the first brake-adjusting device and the spindle and has a connecting mount, a threaded tube and an adjusting switch. The connecting mount is mounted in the mounting recess. The threaded tube is mounted in the connecting mount to screw with the spindle. The adjusting switch is securely connected to the connecting mount.

The moving shaft is movably mounted through the mounting tube and has an inside end, an outside end, an outer surface and a thread section. The thread section is formed in the outer surface of the moving shaft and screwed with the inner thread of the mounting tube. The magnetic assembly is securely mounted on the inside end of the moving shaft. The switching button is mounted securely on the outside end of the moving shaft to turn the moving shaft moveable inwardly or outwardly relative to the magnetic spool.
