The oxidized part includes an oxide of at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Si, and B, and at least one kind of element of Ca and Mg. A concentration of Ca or Mg in the metal particle and the oxidized part is maximum in the oxidized part. An average value of a maximum value of the concentration of Ca or Mg in the oxidized part is 0.2 atom % or more.

The first coating portion and the second coating portion have oxides containing at least one element selected from Si, Fe, and B as a main component. The first coating portion includes amorphous material, the second coating portion includes crystals, and the second coating portion has a higher crystal content ratio than the first coating portion.

Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy contains a main component having a composition formula of (Fe(1−(α−β))X1αX2β)1−(a+b+c+d))MaBbPcCd and auxiliary components including at least Ti, Mn and Al. In the composition formula, X1 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni, X2 is one or more selected from the group consisting of Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi and a rare earth element, and M is one or more selected from the group consisting of Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, W and V. In the composition formula, 0.030≤a≤0.100, 0.050≤b≤0.150, 0≤c≤0.030, 0≤d≤0.030, α≥0, β≥0, and 0≤α+β≤0.50 are satisfied. In the soft magnetic alloy, a content of Ti is 0.001 to 0.100 wt %, a content of Mn is 0.001 to 0.150 wt %, and a content of Al is 0.001 to 0.100 wt %.
