    Abstract: A soft magnetic alloy powder comprises a component having a compositional formula ((Fe(1−(α+β))CoαNiβ)(1−γ)X1γ)(1−(a+b+c+d+e))BaPbSicCdCre in atomic ratio. X1 comprises at least one selected from specific elements. Values of a, b, c, d, e, α, β, and γ of the compositional formula satisfy specific ranges. The soft magnetic alloy powder comprises soft magnetic alloy particles including soft magnetic alloy particles having a particle size of (0.95×D90) or more and (1.05×D90) or less. An average Wadell's circularity of the soft magnetic alloy particles having the particle size of (0.95×D90) or more and (1.05×D90) or less is 0.75 or more. A variance of Wadell's circularity of the soft magnetic alloy particles having the particle size of (0.95×D90) or more and (1.05×D90) or less is 0.035 or less.

    Abstract: A metal powder producing apparatus includes a molten metal supply unit, a cylinder body, and a cooling liquid introduction unit. The molten metal supply unit discharges a molten metal. The cylinder body is capable of being formed with a layer of a cooling liquid for cooling the molten metal on an inner circumference surface of the cylinder body. The cooling liquid introduction unit supplies the cooling liquid to an upper inside of the cylinder body.     Abstract: A magnetic core includes soft magnetic particles. The soft magnetic particles include large particles having a particle size of (0.5×V50) or more and small particles having a particle size of (2×N50) or less, where V10 denotes D10 of a volume-based particle size distribution of the soft magnetic particles, V50 denotes D50 of the volume-based particle size distribution of the soft magnetic particles, and N50 denotes D50 of a number-based particle size distribution of the soft magnetic particles. L50 is within a specific range, where L50 denotes a median of L of the small particles, and L denotes a distance from one of the small particles to one of the large particles nearest to the one of the small particles.
