    Abstract: Embodiments include methods by a user equipment (UE) configured for dual connectivity with a master node providing a master cell group that includes a primary serving cell (PCell) and with a secondary node providing a secondary cell group that includes a primary secondary cell (PSCell). Such methods include detecting a radio link problem associated with a first serving cell, wherein first serving cell is the PCell or the PSCell. Such methods include, in response to detecting the radio link problem, for each of the UE's split radio bearers that has a primary path set to a first cell group that includes the first serving cell, performing a recovery procedure such that all uplink data transmission for the split radio bearer occurs only via a secondary path that does not include the first serving cell. Embodiments also include complementary methods performed by network nodes, as well as UEs and network nodes.

    Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment, UE, for handling communication in a wireless communication network, providing dual connectivity, DC, communication through a master node using a master cell group, MCG, over a first radio interface between the UE and the master node and through a secondary node using a secondary cell group, SCG, over a second radio interface between the UE and the secondary node. The UE detects a failure associated with the SCG and suspends actions associated with the SCG. The UE further performs a reconfiguration of the SCG in case the UE has received a MCG radio resource control, RRC, message comprising SCG configuration, wherein performing the reconfiguration of SCG comprises applying the reconfiguration; and resuming or not resuming the actions associated with the suspended SCG.

    Abstract: Embodiments include methods, by a first radio access network (RAN) node, for load balancing with a second RAN node.     Abstract: A wireless device is configured to support connections to one or more serving cells in a first radio access network (RAN), using a first radio access technology (RAT) and to one or more serving cells in a second RAN, using a second RAT that differs from the first RAT. The wireless device receives one or more handover commands as part of a handover of the wireless device to a base station in the first RAN, and determines, based on the one or more handover commands, that the wireless device is to revert from a currently configured Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) configuration to a PDCP configuration associated with the first RAT.     Abstract: A method is performed by a base station centralized unit (CU) node that is in communication, using a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP), with a user equipment (UE) via one or more intermediate integrated access backhaul (IAB) nodes of a radio access network (RAN). The CU node receives one or more PDCP packets over a radio link control (RLC) layer utilizing hop-by-hop automatic repeat request (ARQ) at each intermediate IAB node.     Abstract: Methods, systems and network devices for operating a network node to provide dual connectivity in a handover of a user equipment, UE, in a new radio telecommunications system are provided. Methods include sending, from the network node and to a target secondary node, an addition request message to allocate resources for the UE in the handover. Operations include receiving an addition request acknowledgement message from the target secondary node. The addition request acknowledgement message includes a context indication regarding a full radio resource control, RRC, context or a delta RRC context.     Abstract: Systems and methods for early measurement reporting with a Radio Resource Control (RRC) resume complete like message are disclosed. Embodiments of a method performed by a wireless device and corresponding embodiments of a wireless device are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device comprises receiving, from a network node, an indication with a first message to resume a connection with a target cell. The indication is an indication that the wireless device is to include measurements performed by the wireless device while in a dormant state with a second message that indicates that resuming of the connection with the target cell is complete. The method further comprises transmitting, to the network node, the measurements performed by the wireless device while in the dormant state with the second message.
