    Abstract: A refrigeration appliance has an enclosure that defines an electronics module recess and a detachable electronics module that can be releasably retained in the recess. Tabs and tab receivers can be integrated with the electronics module and enclosure to releasably retain the electronics module in the recess. A trim piece can releasably attach to a display bezel of the electronics module by a snap-fit connection to retain the electronics module in the electronics module recess. In use, the electronics module can be selectively removed and a data acquisition device can be connected to the appliance using a data connector that is exposed by removing the electronics module.

    Abstract: An ice maker includes a prefabricated cabinet with a base that defines a bottom of an ice maker housing. An access side of the cabinet defines a doorway for accessing an ice making device in the housing. A prefabricated door for opening and closing the doorway has a bottom spaced apart above the bottom of the housing. The ice maker can be mounted on a prefabricated receptacle so that the bottom of the housing is flush with a top of the receptacle and the door can clear a protruding dispenser unit as it swings on its hinge. The prefabricated cabinet may include a door mount that couples the door to the cabinet so that the bottom of the door is spaced above the bottom of the ice maker.

A distributor distributes the water along the top of the freeze plate to form ice across the width of the freeze plate as the water flows downward along the freeze plate. The distributor can be integrated into the evaporator. For example, the distributor and evaporator can have a part in common. The distributor can be formed from two pieces that come together to form the freeze plate. The distributor can have various features that aid in providing a desirable distribution of water along the width of the freeze plate. The freeze plate can be mounted in an ice maker enclosure in thermal communication with the evaporator and to slant forward.

A mount can hold one or both of a fitting of a water level sensor and a water pump in relation to the water reservoir. For example, the mount can include integral features that lock with the fitting to mount the fitting on the ice maker at a sensing position. The mount can include integral features that form a bayonet connection with a portion of the pump.     Abstract: A sanitizing cabinet system includes ozone distribution passaging in open fluid communication with a sanitizing compartment inside a cabinet. An ozone generator and a sanitizing air mover are located in the ozone distribution passaging. The sanitizing air mover moves air from the sanitizing compartment across the generator to form ozonated air and moves the ozonated air from the ozone distribution passaging into the sanitizing compartment. A control system controls the ozone generator and air mover based on feedback from an ozone sensor indicating ozone exposure over time. An ozone conversion device is mounted on a dividing wall of the cabinet outside the sanitizing compartment. The dividing wall has inlet and outlet holes, and the ozone conversion device has upstream and downstream chambers in communication with the inlet and outlet holes. Selectively openable dampers separate upstream and downstream chambers from an ozone conversion chamber in which ozone conversion catalyst is received.

    Abstract: An ice maker has a bottom wall with a sensor opening. A time-of-flight sensor is supported in relation to the bottom wall such that the time-of-flight sensor can an optical pulse signal through the sensor opening toward the ice bin and subsequently detect a photon of the optical pulse signal that returns to the time-of-flight sensor through the sensor opening after reflecting off of one of a floor of the ice bin and ice in the ice bin. The time of flight sensor is configured to determine a duration between the emission of the optical pulse and the detection of the reflected photon(s). Based on the determined duration, the time-of-flight sensor or another processor can determine an amount of ice in the ice bin. The ice maker can be configured so that the time-of-flight sensor is removable, allowing a window pane of the time-of-flight sensor to be periodically cleaned.
