Abstract:
The invention proposes a holding fixture for use in all types of drilling concerning woodworking, comprised of at least one flat worktable having a set of dovetailing portions at the rear end for two flat worktables to dock together horizontally; a longitude-transverse adjustment module vertically arranged on the flat worktable, which secures the guide members for guiding the adjustments of height or latitude during drilling; an angle adjustment module being aligned at the front edge of said flat worktable, which guides the drilling operation on workpieces attached thereof; a height adjustment module vertically arranged at the front edge of flat worktable; a clamp member being secured on the flat worktable for securing workpieces to be worked on; as a result, the holding fixture is suitable for use in guiding the drilling operation on workpiece of all shapes and sizes.
Abstract:
A holding fixture for use in drilling pocket joints in a workpiece with a drill bit which includes a work table having a transverse rail and a transverse slot near the front side, a toggle clamp fixed to the work table to hold down the workpiece, a fixed guide member fixedly secured to the work table between the transverse rail and the transverse slot near one end, and a movable guide member supported on the work table and moved along the transverse rail and the horizontal sliding rod and horizontal locating sliding bar of the fixed guide member, each of the guide members having a top head, a bottom base supported on the work table, an oblique through hole through the top head, a back open space at the back side between the top head and the bottom base in communication with the oblique through hole for receiving wood chips from the workpiece during drilling, a guide sleeve fixedly mounted in the oblique through hole for guiding the drill bit, and a smoothly curved notch on the bottom base for supporting and guiding the tip of the drill bit.
Abstract:
A dual-purpose fixing stand for a computer screen and a keyboard holder includes: a main body, having an axial pivoting hole disposed at the middle of a distal surface at an end of an axle pivotal disk and a plurality of positioning grooves coaxially disposed around the external periphery of the axial pivoting hole; a universal connector, pivotally and axially coupled to another end of the axle pivotal disk, and a support plate coupled to the universal connector for selectively mounting the computer screen or the keyboard holder; a fixing base, having a support bottom selectively connected to the top or the bottom of a table, and two stand plates convexly disposed with an interval apart and at the top of a distal surface to accommodate and axially and pivotally couple the axle pivotal disk of the main body, and a positioning pin installed individually at positions on the lateral side corresponding to the positions of a plurality of positioning grooves of the axle pivotal disk for providing an elastic extension or retraction and elastically embedded into the positioning grooves to achieve the effect of limiting the position of an axial angle of the main body. Therefore, the fixing stand can be used for fixing a computer screen or a keyboard holder, and users can make an angular adjustment for its operation to enhance the users' operating comfort.
Abstract:
An improved upright drilling jig comprises two parallel panels parallelly mounted on a leveled base platform, and an inclined-hole drilling jig slidably disposed between the sides of the parallel panels in a manner that it can be vertically adjusted. A sliding saddle is slidably mounted at the top of the inclined-hole drilling jig through two axial bars. The rear side of the drilling jig is concavely constricted to form a bow jumper area and disposed with a discharge concavity in a manner approaching a clamping end plane. The discharge concavity has a chip hole inside that communicates with a guide axle hole. Such arrangement can achieve optimum performance of inclined hole drilling of woodwork.
Abstract:
A multi-purpose measuring instrument for wood working machines including a body having a horizontal side and a vertical side. The edge of the horizontal side is provided with magnets and the vertical side is provided with slide blocks capable of longitudinal sliding movement and being positioned. The slide blocks may be used in measuring the height of the blade of the wood working machine. A circular level set is movably and rotatably provided in the center of the body. The level set consists of inner rings, outer rings and a bubble tube. The outer rings may be turned to a desired degree and angle adjustment of workpieces is achieved by adjusting the rings and the position of the bubble in the bubble tube, providing multiple measuring functions.
Abstract:
A multipurpose nail clamping device comprises two handles pivoted together and provided symmetrically with two jaws opposite to each other and having on the inner side surfaces thereof a plurality of longitudinally-arranged nail clamping grooves. The pivoting movement of the two handles is attained by means of two arcuate guide slots provided with two bolts capable of moving in opposite directions in the arcuate guide slots. Located between the two arcuate guide slots is an axial hole having a bottom of trumpetlike construction and having at the center thereof an opening forming an angle of 90 degrees. There are two locating holes at the bottom distant equally from the circumference of the axial hole and two locating pins received in the locating holes for use in locating center point of a work piece. Each of the two handles is provided at the rear end thereof with a 75-degree guide slant and a guide hole perpendicular to the guide slant for use in drilling a 15-degree bevel hole into the work piece.
