Abstract: A device may receive a network address and a signature. The network address may be associated with a sponsored data campaign, and the signature may be generated based on a security key and based on the network address. The device may perform a validation operation on the signature to validate that the network address is associated with the sponsored data campaign. The validation operation may be performed based on the security key. The security key may be obtained based on a key identifier. The device may selectively permit or deny access to content associated with the network address based on a result of the validation operation.

Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided to generate and transmit a request to obtain a resource object stored in a clustered network database that stores keys; determine based on a value of the resource object carried in a response, whether permission to update the keys is permitted, wherein a first value of the resource object grants permission and a second value of the resource object does not grant permission; determine whether any of the keys expired in response to receiving permission, wherein other network devices configured to update the keys are prevented from updating the keys while the network device is granted permission; generate a new key for each key of the keys that expired; and store the new key for each key; and release the resource object back to the clustered network database.

The device may receive information that identifies a network to be used to test the toll-free data service campaign. The device may determine a testing criteria for testing the toll-free data service campaign on the network. The device may determine a test result based on testing the toll-free data service campaign, and may provide information that identifies the test result.
