    Abstract: Techniques, described herein, may enable network services to be efficiently and effectively implemented as containers by computing devices operating in a cloud computing environment. Container images may be built and tested locally by an operator device and pushed to the computing devices for deployment of containers defined by the container images. The computing devices may enable the containers to communicate with one another by applying a domain name service (DNS) and port mapping tool to the containers. The computing devices may provide data collection, data search, and data visualization tools to enable an operator to monitor and manage the containers themselves as well as the activity of the containers.

    Abstract: A device may determine a campaign rule for providing a toll-free data service to a mobile device associated with a user. The campaign rule may identify a condition for charging a service provider, associated with the toll-free data service, for data used by the mobile device in association with the toll-free data service. The device may determine an efficiency metric associated with the user. The efficiency metric may be determined based on providing toll-free data services to the user or a set of users associated with a demographic with which the user belongs. The device may analyze the efficiency metric based on the campaign rule. The device may selectively provide the toll-free data service to the mobile device, associated with the user, based on analyzing the efficiency metric.

    Abstract: A first network device receives multiple subscription data campaigns, where each of the multiple subscription data campaigns comprises media content, a free data usage quota, and a price for receiving the media content, presents the multiple subscription data campaigns to a user device associated with a user, and receives a selection of one of the multiple subscription data campaigns from the user device. The first network device receives, from a second network device, an indication that the user has successfully subscribed to the selected one of the multiple subscription data campaigns, where the second network device hosts media content associated with the selected one of the multiple subscription data campaigns, generates an authorization token that includes an identifier of the user, an identifier of the selected one of the multiple subscription data campaigns, and the free data usage quota, and sends the authorization token to the second network device.

    Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are provided to generate and transmit a request to obtain a resource object stored in a clustered network database that stores keys; determine based on a value of the resource object carried in a response, whether permission to update the keys is permitted, wherein a first value of the resource object grants permission and a second value of the resource object does not grant permission; determine whether any of the keys expired in response to receiving permission, wherein other network devices configured to update the keys are prevented from updating the keys while the network device is granted permission; generate a new key for each key of the keys that expired; and store the new key for each key; and release the resource object back to the clustered network database.

    Abstract: A first device may obtain a session time record that includes information relating to a secure session. The session time record may include a content identifier and a device identifier that is associated with a second device. The content identifier may be associated with content to be provided via a secure session and via the second device. The content may be associated with a sponsored data campaign. The first device may obtain, from the second device, data usage information identifying an amount of data provided via the second device and in association with the secure session. The first device may determine information identifying a party responsible for the amount of data provided in association with the secure session based on the session time record and based on the data usage information. The first device may store or provide the information identifying the party responsible for the amount of data.
