Abstract: A computer device may include a memory configured to store instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions to select a base station; obtain one or more metric values for user equipment (UE) devices attached to the selected base station; and determine usage categories for at least some of the UE devices attached to the selected base station, wherein a usage category identifies a combination of a data type, a movement type, and a user type associated with a particular UE device. The processor may be further configured to execute the instructions to classify the obtained one or more metric values based on the determined usage categories; select one or more optimization actions for the selected base station based on the classified one or more metric values; and instruct the selected base station to perform the selected one or more optimization actions.

Abstract: A network device obtains a Physical Layer Cell Identifier (PCI) pool for allocating to ad-hoc mobile Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) nodes traversing a wireless network. The network device selects a first PCI for allocation to a first ad-hoc mobile IAB node located in the wireless network based on PCIs contained in the PCI pool, and allocates the first PCI to the first ad-hoc mobile IAB node. The network device pushes the allocated first PCI to the first ad-hoc mobile IAB node for use by the first ad-hoc mobile IAB node to establish User Equipment (UE) wireless access to the wireless network via wireless backhaul.

Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which an integrated access and backhaul service is provided. The integrated access and backhaul service may include an admission control service that manages admission control based on access and backhaul capacities of an integrated access and backhaul network such that access and backhaul capacities at any integrated access and backhaul device are not exceeded. The integrated access and backhaul service may include a capacity allocation service. The capacity allocation service may provision scheduling and resource allocation to support a performance metric and/or other criteria at an integrated access and backhaul device based on access and backhaul demands and capacities.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for providing a differentiated neighbor list that can be individually generated for a specific service (e.g., per service) based on network service information, which can include, but is not limited to, a user equipment (UE) group identifier (ID), network slicing and/or quality of service (QoS) flow, and the like. Neighbors within the differentiated list can be characterized based on, but not limited to, service types, distance to devices, transport costs, service locations, and the like, or some combination thereof. The disclosed framework can generate and dynamically update a differentiated neighbor list for specific types of services so that optimal neighbor selection is performed for the type of service a UE is operating within to ensure that a network connection is maintained at a threshold satisfying QoS.

The device may determine an order related to the set of available channels based on determining the set of available channels. The order may be based on the availability of the set of available channels. The device may select a channel from the set of available channels based on the order related to the set of available channels. The device may exchange communications via the channel based on selecting the channel.
