Abstract: An exercise machine applicable for strengthening a user's abdominal muscles is described. The exercise machine can include a track frame having a higher end and a lower end. Kneeling assemblies may be mounted on parallel gliding rails of the track frame to receive the knees from a user to make movements up and down between the lower end and the higher end of the track frame. A rotationally adjustable armrest holder may be adjustable rotationally mounted on the upper end of the track frame. The armrest holder can be oriented towards a direction having an angular relationship with an axis of the track frame between the lower end and the higher end. The armrest holder may capable of supporting the arms of the user making the movements with a twisting effect according to the angular relationship.

Abstract: An exercise machine applicable for strengthening a user's abdominal muscles is described. The exercise machine can include a base frame having a seat pad, a front leg and a rear leg. The seat pad can be elevated with the front leg and rear legs to provide round support. A mounting assembly may be rotably mounted on the base frame over the rear leg. The mounting assembly can have at least one pivot joint. A backrest assembly can be movably coupled to the mounting assembly via the at least one pivot joint for swivel movements along the base frame. The backrest assembly can a backrest pad and handle bars. The handle bars can allow a user resting against the backrest pad to control the swivel movements while sitting on the seat pad.

Abstract: An exerciser machine applicable for strengthening a user's muscles via wave like movements is described. The exerciser can include a base assembly a resilience member and a seat pan. The seat pan may be rotatably attached to the base assembly via the resilience member. The seat pan may have a seat protrusion movably attached to a top end of the resilience member. The base assembly may have a base protrusion to secure a bottom end of the resilience member. A separation distance between the seat protrusion and the base protrusion along an axis of the resilience member can allow the resilience member to distort along the separation distance to provide resilience force with movement of the seat pan. The resilience force can allow exercising a user's body via the movement of the seat pan.
