The present invention discloses a method; a NodeB and a system for transmitting pairing information of auxiliary carriers. The method comprises: during the process of controlling a terminal which uses a multi-carrier high-speed packet access technique, a NodeB to which the terminal belongs setting pairing information of an uplink auxiliary carrier and a downlink auxiliary carrier of a auxiliary service enhanced dedicated channel cell for the terminal, and transmitting the paring information to a radio network control entity through control signaling transmitted via an Interconnection of type (IUB) interface. The present invention can implement flexible configuration for the uplink and downlink auxiliary carriers through signaling based on the IUB/IUR interface.

A security key generating method, device and system are provided, wherein, the method is used for generating a security key in the process of the handover to an EUTRAN network from other network, the method includes: an MME generates a security key based on a root key KASME of the EUTRAN network, a specific value and/or other parameters and transmits a handover request message carrying the security key to a target evolved Node B, i.e. eNB; a UE generates the security key which used by the target eNB based on the root key KASME of the EUTRAN network, the specific value and/or other parameters. The application of the present invention adopts a specific value, KASME and/or other parameters to output a security key, which can solve the problem existed in the related technology, the problem is that the middle security key used by access layer while handover between different access system can not be generated, and then it can not realize the security protection of the access layer. So the application of the present invention makes the signaling and/or data of the access layer be efficiently protected, thereby improving the security of the access layer.

The present document provides a method for a User Equipment (UE) which activates multi-stream transmission to transmit a High Speed Dedicated Physical Control Channel (HS-DPCCH) and a UE thereof, wherein the method is applied in a multi-stream transmission system, and includes: after receiving High-Speed Physical Downlink Shared Channel (HS-PDSCH) subframes transmitted from primary and secondary serving cells, the UE which activates the multi-stream transmission transmitting a HS-DPCCH carrying jointly encoded Acknowledge/Negative Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) and Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) after a predetermined duration by taking a later received HS-PDSCH subframe of the pair of paired HS-PDSCH subframes as a reference, wherein the predetermined duration is determined according to a timing correlation by which the UE transmits the HS-DPCCH subframe and correspondingly receives the HS-PDSCH subframe, which is specified in the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) specification 25.211.

The present application discloses a method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving an HARQ failure indication. The method includes: a Node B receives an E-DCH payload from a primary carrier and fails to decode it; the Node B determines whether the condition of transmitting an HARQ failure indication is met, if so, the Node B sets the HARQ failure indication data frame on the primary carrier; and the Node B transmits the HARQ failure indication data frame to a service radio network controller on a transmission bearer corresponding to the primary carrier. The present application realizes a better control over the SIR target value through a carrier-based outer loop power control function.

The present invention discloses a method, a system and a C-RNC for determining the support capability of a local cell, the method comprising the following steps of: a controlling radio network controller (C-RNC) receiving from a node B capability support information about the local cell of the node B, wherein the capability support information comprises uplink multi-carrier capability support information and shared interconnection of type B (IUB) transport bearer capability support information; and the C-RNC determining by default that the local cell supports a separate IUB transport bearer, and determining an uplink multi-carrier support capability and a shared IUB transport bearer support capability of the local cell according to the capability support information. The present invention accelerates the processing of the C-RNC, thereby improving the system performance.

The invention provides a method and a device for confirming a downlink inner loop power control mode by a Node B in an idle mode and in a CELL_FACH state. The method includes that: when the Node B detects that there is User Equipment (UE) using an E-DCH in the idle mode or in the CELL_FACH state, confirming to use a mode 0 to receive Transmit Power Control (TPC) bit information sent on a Dedicated Physical Control Channel (DPCCH) by the UE, and performing downlink inner loop power control on a Fractional Dedicated Physical Channel (F-DPCH). The method and device provided in the invention enable the inner loop power control mode for the F-DPCH made by the Node B to be consistent with the TPC bit information mode fed back by the UE, and enable the F-DPCH to use proper transmit power to transmit.

A method for determining a slot format of an F-DPCH is disclosed in the present disclosure, including: a Node B using No.0 slot format of the F-DPCH as the slot format for transmitting information over the F-DPCH when detecting that a UE in CELL_FACH state or idle mode is using an E-DCH. An apparatus for determining a slot format of an F-DPCH is also disclosed. The present disclosure ensures that the slot format of the F-DPCH transmitted by the Node B is identical with that of the F-DPCH received by the UE, so that the UE can correctly receive the TPC bits carried on the F-DPCH, and thus the UE can use the TPC bits to implement inner loop power control. Therefore, the Node B can correctly receive the data information transmitted over an E-DPDCH.
