    摘要: A suspension has a load beam and a flexure having a tongue portion to which a slider is attached. The load beam has a pin insertion hole formed between a proximal portion of the load beam and the slider and an opening formed between a distal portion of the load beam and the slider. A first locating pin is inserted into the pin insertion hole, and a second locating pin into the opening. An extending portion is formed on a distal portion of the flexure. The flexure has a first locating hole in which the first locating pin is inserted and a second locating hole in which the second locating pin is inserted. The second locating hole is formed in the extending portion.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay is formed by winding a coil around an iron core via a spool, and is structured such that a movable contact piece is driven to open and close a contact point by magnetizing and demagnetizing an electromagnet block arranged in a base, causing a movable iron piece to be attracted and repelled to and from a magnetic pole portion of the iron core to rotate the movable iron piece, and causing a card to reciprocate. The card is guided by the base in a freely reciprocating manner, and includes a runout portion in which one collar portion of the spool of the electromagnet block arranged in the base is movable and a guide portion for holding one end portion of the movable iron piece. The spool includes a cylindrical trunk portion around which the coil is wound and collar portions formed respectively on both ends of the trunk portion, one of the collar portions including a step portion for avoiding interference with an adjacent position to the runout portion of the guide portion when the card reciprocates.

    摘要: An N-shaped nonlinear resistor circuit using floating gate MOSFETs; to realize various N-shaped characteristics that can be approximated by piecewise linear functions of third to seventh orders and further to realize N-shaped V-I characteristics that can variously change those characteristics by use of external voltages. A Λ-type nonlinear resistor circuit (1) and a V-type nonlinear resistor circuit (2) using multi-input floating gate MOSFETs are connected in parallel, and the currents of the Λ-type and V-type nonlinear resistor circuits are added together, thereby providing various N-shaped voltage-current characteristics.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay, which is excellent in assemblability and includes an indicator which can be operated smoothly, is provided. A coil block and a contact switching mechanism are provided on a base plate, a case is covered over the base plate, the coil block is excited and demagnetized to rotate a movable iron piece, and a movable contact piece is operated via a card, whereby a contact is opened and closed. Bearing portions are formed in the base plate, and an indicator is operated by rotation of the movable iron piece is also provide. The indicator has an elastically deformable structure including pivots which are rotatably supported by the bearing portions of the base plate.

The suspension includes a load beam, a head, and so on. A coarse surface is provided on a surface of the base plate which is brought into contact with the adhesive. The coarse surface has a function of rendering adhesion of the adhesive to the base plate greater than adhesion of the adhesive to the arm. The coarse surface is obtained by forming a number of minute cavities on the base plate by a press process.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay is structured such that a base includes a movable contact piece and a fixed contact piece. A movable contact point included in the movable contact piece is connected to and disconnected from a fixed contact point included in the fixed contact piece by operating the movable contact piece via a card. At least any one of the base and the card includes a guide portion for guiding the card in a freely reciprocating manner with respect to the base. The card includes a guide protruding portion and a pressing portion for pressing the movable contact piece to elastically deform the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece includes a guide portion in a side portion of the movable contact point. The guide portion includes a guide hole into which the guide protruding portion is inserted, a pressure receiving portion positioned at an opposite side to the movable contact point with respect to the guide hole and pressed by the pressing portion, and a reinforcing portion for preventing plastic deformation at a time of being pressed by the pressing portion. The guide hole maintains a non-contact state of the card during the reciprocating motion.
