摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a contact switching device that has small hitting sound during operation and is excellent in impact resistance. For this, there is a contact switching device in which a movable iron core (142) provided at one end portion of a movable shaft is attracted to a fixed iron core, based on excitation and degauss of an electromagnet portion, by which the movable shaft reciprocates in a shaft center direction, and a movable contact of a movable contact piece arranged at another end portion of the movable shaft contacts and departs from a fixed contact. Particularly, the movable iron core (142) has a cylindrical outer circumferential portion (142a) and an annular attracting and sticking portion (142b), and a ratio between an inner diameter and an outer diameter of the cylindrical outer circumferential portion (142a) is 77% or less.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a contact switching device that does not require proficiency for brazing a metal component to a through-hole of a sealed container made of ceramic, and is excellent in impact resistance. For this, there is provided a contact switching device that drives a contact mechanical portion arranged inside a sealed space to switch contacts, based on excitation and degauss of an electromagnet portion arranged outside the sealed space. Particularly, a ceramic plate (131) holding a fixed contact terminal (133) of the contact mechanical portion, and a first metal component are bonded and integrated to form the sealed space, and an outer circumferential portion of a vent pipe (134) is brazed through a metal ring portion (172a) arranged along an opening edge portion of a through-hole (131b) provided in the ceramic plate (131).

Inside a magnet holder (135) containing the movable contact piece (148), metal position restricting plate (162) that can abut on at least one side of the movable contact piece (148) is arranged.

摘要: A sealed contact device has a plate-like yoke having a center hole therein, a closed-ended cylinder having an opening edge portion that is integrated with a lower-surface edge portion of the center hole of the plate-like yoke to form a sealed space, an annular flange having an outer peripheral edge portion that is integrally welded to an upper surface of the plate-like yoke, a ceramic case having a lower end surface that is brazed to an upper surface of the annular flange, an electromagnetic unit disposed in an outer periphery of the closed-ended cylinder, a movable iron core that reciprocates in the closed-ended cylinder based on excitation and demagnetization of the electromagnetic unit, a movable shaft having a first end fixed to the movable iron core, a movable contact of a movable touch piece fixed to a second end of the movable shaft, a fixed contact disposed in the ceramic case, and an annular rib projected in the upper surface of the annular flange such that the brazed portion provided in the lower end surface of the ceramic case is covered from an inside with the annular rib. The movable contact is brought into contact with and separated from the fixed contact by reciprocating the movable shaft.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay has a solenoid formed from a wound coil, a movable iron core that is reciprocated upwardly and downwardly in an axial hole of the solenoid, and a movable contact point that reciprocates together with the movable iron core. The movable contact point is contacted and separated with and from a fixed contact point for opening and closing a contact point. An arc generated at a time of opening and closing of the contact point is flowed, in a predetermined direction, by the magnetic field of at least a single permanent magnet placed at a side of the fixed contact point and the movable contact point that are contacted and separated with and from each other. Coil terminals are connected to leader lines of the coil, at least at a single side of the flow of the arc.

摘要: For manufacturing a thin electromagnetic relay having desired attractive force, both arms as upstanding portions disposed at both ends of a barrel of a plate magnetic material which is punched to be substantially U-shaped as viewed from the front by press working are bended to form magnetic poles having magnetic-pole surfaces extending in a horizontal direction. A vertical face passing through the center of the barrel crosses the centers of the magnetic-pole surfaces at right angles. The width of the barrel is smaller than the height of the barrel.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay which is short in length and capable of maintaining a required insulation distance is disclosed. A first coil terminal connecting with one of extension lines of a coil is disposed in the vicinity of one end of a movable iron fragment and a card. A second coil terminal having a binding member which extends from an intermediate portion of the second coil terminal in a horizontal direction and is allowed to be bended toward the electromagnet block with the other of the extension lines of the coil bound to the binding member is further disposed below the electromagnet block.

摘要: A lever with a generally L-shaped main body with a horizontal arm and a vertical arm joining at an angle-forming part is used for removing an electric apparatus from a connector by rotating it around rotary shafts which protrude coaxially from this angle-forming part and are rotatably supported by the connector such that the horizontal part pushes the bottom surface of the apparatus upward and lifts the mounted electric apparatus. A holding structure, which may be in the form of a frame surrounding the electric apparatus to be removed, protrudes from the horizontal arm away from the rotary shaft so as to come into contact with the surface of the electric apparatus away from the vertical arm when the lever main body is rotated by more than a certain specified angle. The electric apparatus is thus prevented from tilting excessively as it is being lifted and hence can be removed without having its terminals bent or damaged.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a contact coil terminal having smaller numbers of components and assembling manhours, and thus, higher productivity. For this, there is a coil terminal 153 in which a press-fitting portion is pressed into a press-fitting groove (152c) provided at a corner portion of a flange portion (152a) of a spool (152) with a coil wound therearound, and a lead-out line of the coil is entwined around a coil entwining portion (153a) projected from the flange portion (152a), and the coil entwining portion (153a) is bent and raised. Particularly, the coil entwining portion (153a) extends in an opposite direction of a press-fitting direction of the press-fitting portion so as to be able to be bent and raised, and a lead wire connecting portion (153b) extends laterally to the press-fitting direction so as to be able to be bent and raised.
