摘要： The motor comprises a stator, a rotor, and magnets. The stator has a plurality of magnetic poles circumferentially arranged at first spaced intervals. The rotor is rotatably arranged in a position opposing to the stator. The magnets are arranged at second spaced intervals circumferentially on a surface of the rotor. The stator is formed by laminating plate materials, and a plurality of laminated plate materials at least including outermost layers of a laminated body thereof are bent in a direction substantially parallel to the magnet in order to form extended portions. And, when a magnet opposed area of pole tip portion being closest to a magnet including the extended portion is S, and a sectional area of magnetic pole is A, then area ratio (S/A) fulfills the relation of 4.8>(S/A).

摘要： A motor includes a stator which includes a stator core having an annular stator yoke, a plurality of outer teeth projecting outward from the stator yoke and a plurality of inner teeth projecting inward from the stator yoke, and a plurality of windings wound on the stator core. The motor also includes an outer rotor confronting the outer teeth with an air gap therebetween and an inner rotor confronting the inner teeth with an air gap therebetween. This motor thus has twin-rotor. The stator core includes outer slots between each one of the outer teeth as well as inner slots between each one of the inner teeth, and the windings are wound on the stator yoke between the outer slot and the inner slot. A cross sectional cut of the stator reveals that a sectional area of the outer slot is equal to that of the inner slot.

摘要： A motor includes a stator, a first rotor and a second rotor. The stator has a plurality of outer teeth projecting outward from an annular stator yoke, a plurality of inner teeth projecting inward from the stator yoke, and windings wound on both of the teeth. Instead of providing both of the teeth with the windings, toroidal windings can be wound on the stator yoke at each section sandwiched between the slots, which stator yoke is disposed between each one of the inner slots and corresponding each one of the outer slots. This motor is structured such that the phases of cogging torque and torque ripple existing between the stator and the second rotor can be reversed with respect to the phases of cogging torque and torque ripple existing between the stator and the first rotor.

摘要： A stator of a twin rotor motor includes: an annular yoke; a plurality of outer teeth and outer slots provided on an outer circumference of the yoke; a plurality of inner teeth and inner slots provided on an inner circumference of the yoke; and a plurality of toroidally-wound coils on the yoke. A rotor of the twin rotor motor includes: an outer rotor provided with an outer permanent magnet facing the outer teeth; and an inner rotor provided with an inner permanent magnet facing the inner teeth. Furthermore, the stator is provided with a resin mold that seals the coils and has a mounting-tab.
