    摘要: A stator includes a plurality of composing split cores, an insulator that is attached to each of the split cores, a coil conductor wire that has a wound portion wound around the split cores via the insulator and a bridging portion drawn out from the wound portion, and a regulating member that regulates movement of the coil conductor wire. The insulator has an accommodating portion that accommodates the bridging portion, the accommodating portion has a first surface and a second surface that form mutually facing surfaces and opening portions that communicate with each other and are formed in each of the first surface and the second surface. The regulating member is configured of a bendable member and is inserted through the opening portion formed in the first surface and the opening portion formed in the second surface and is wound around the bridging portion accommodated in the accommodating portion.

    摘要: The disclosure discloses method that includes: step S1: manufacturing strip-shaped iron core; step S2: performing wire-winding around the wire-winding bodies with center line as axis to form stator winding; step S3: rolling strip-shaped iron core, on which winding has been performed through step S2, into outer ring with tooth portions as periphery, and connecting arc-shaped surfaces of all yoke portions to form inner ring, so that strip-shaped iron core has ring-shaped structure; step S4: machining tooth portions and yoke portions of strip-shaped iron core respectively, so that joints after strip-shaped iron core is rolled into circle are fixed to form stator iron core with integrated structure. The disclosure discloses outer rotor motor using the method. Compared with related art, by use of technical solutions of the disclosure, coils can be effectively wound neatly in wire slot, with high slot filling rate, simple process, and easy manufacturing.

    摘要: Various implementations include an axial flux machine including a rotor bearing a set of permanent magnets and a stator containing electro-magnetic coil assemblies disposed circumferentially at intervals about an axis. Each coil assembly has an axially extending stator tooth, one or more coils wound around the tooth, and one or more end shoes at an end of the stator tooth. The end shoes each have at least one circumferential edge adjacent a neighbouring coil assembly. In some implementations, radially innermost and outermost portions of the at least one circumferential edge are separated by a step projecting from the at least one circumferential edge. In some implementations, at least part of the at least one circumferential edge has a thickness less than a thickness of the inner radial edge thereby reducing a leakage flux between neighbouring electro-magnetic coil assemblies.

    摘要: A method, a processing line and components of the processing line for making a stator for electric motors, and the resultant stator. The conducting wire is wound in coils having at least one straight portion which is inserted into a corresponding stator sector. The sector is thus deformed to move its teeth close to each other and to close the straight portion of the coil. Multiple stator sectors so made are assembled together to form a stator complete with windings. During the production of stator sectors, the coils and/or stator sectors are rototranslated to bring them to the final position they must take inside the finished stator. Measures are provided to maximize the filling factor, to minimize torque ripple phenomena, to minimize noise and the vibrations of the electric motor achieved with the stator, and to maximize its performance, under other equal conditions.
