Abstract: The present document provides a Device to Device ( D2D) service authorization method and apparatus and a home near field communication server. The above method includes: a home near field communication server obtaining a local PLMN list of a location in which a user equipment is currently located and a first PLMN list that a permission of authorization to the user equipment is a condition authorization; performing intersection processing on the local PLMN list and the first PLMN list to obtain a second PLMN list; generating an authorized PLMN list according to PLMNs permitting a D2D authorization to the user equipment in the second PLMN list; and the home near field communication server sending the authorized PLMN list to the user equipment.

Abstract: A method for gateway recovery processing and device, the method comprising: a first mobility management unit receiving Packet Data Network (PDN) connection signaling, and triggering a paging procedure for a terminal; in response to determining that the paging procedure fails, the first mobility management unit setting and storing flag information, wherein the flag information is used to indicate that the PDN connection signaling is in a suspended state; and in a case where the terminal moves from a coverage area of the first mobility management unit to a coverage area of a second mobility management unit, the first mobility management unit sending the flag information to the second mobility management unit, wherein the flag information is used for the second mobility management unit to trigger a Serving Gateway (SGW) to send a bearer update request message to a PDN Gateway (PGW).

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for connection handling. Abstract: A method for gateway recovery processing and device, the method comprising: in the case where a terminal moves from a first mobility management unit to a second mobility management unit, the second mobility management unit receiving flag information from the first mobility management unit, wherein the flag information being used to indicate that a connection signaling of a packet data network (PDN) is in a suspension state; and the second mobility management unit transmitting the flag information to a serving gateway (SGW), the flag information being used to trigger the SGW to send a bearing update request message to a PGW as a packet data network element. The above technical solution achieves that the PGW is notified when a UE moves to a new mobility management unit, so as to ensure the terminal to receive downlink service.
