    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for network charging, which includes: user state information is received from a mobility management network element and charging strategy information is received from a charging rule network element, then a charging resource request message containing the charging strategy information, the user state information and information of a universal gateway (UGW) are sent to a data centre management network element; information of a processing network element is received from the data centre management network element; a flow table for the UGW is configured according to the information of the processing network element, and the configured flow table is sent to the UGW; and charging processing information fed back from the data centre management network element is received when the processing network element charges for a traffic flow. The disclosure further provides a controller for network charging.

    Abstract: A mobile network-based tenant network service implementation method and system and network elements are disclosed. The method includes: an MME of a mobile network performing identity authentication of a tenant network to which UE belongs on the UE; after the UE passes the identity authentication of tenant network, the MME selecting a local exchange node for the UE; the MME transmitting a creation/update message of a local exchange forwarding table to the local exchange node; the local exchange node creating or updating the local exchange forwarding table and generating a forwarding table entry of UE, wherein the forwarding table entry comprises identification information of UE; after UE bearers establishment are completed, the local exchange node writing UE bearer information into the forwarding table entry of UE; and the local exchange node implementing message forwarding of the tenant network according to the local forwarding table, thereby implementing a tenant network service.

    Abstract: Provided are a data flow distribution method and a controller. The method includes: a software defined network (SDN) controller acquiring data flow description information of a data flow; and the SDN controller deciding, according to the data flow description information, whether the data flow needs distribution, and when the data flow needs the distribution, delivering a distribution rule flow table to a distribution gateway. By using the technical solutions, application/service data flow based distribution is implemented. Compared with the related art that distribution is implemented based on a PDN connection and based on a bearer, the technical solutions implement finer-granularity distribution, and improve experience of users and competition of operators.
