    Abstract: Methods and devices for using an unlicensed carrier resource are provided. In a method for using an unlicensed carrier resource, an eNode B (eNB) receives indication information reported by a User Equipment (UE), where the indication information is used for indicating that a local Secondary Cell (Scell) of the UE is idle; upon a trigger of the indication information, the eNB detects whether a local Scell of the eNB is idle or not; and the eNB judges, according to a detection result, whether or not to use an unlicensed carrier resource which has been occupied by the UE.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an information transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: carrying a first parameter in physical layer signaling corresponding to a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH); and transmitting, according to an indication of the first parameter, a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) corresponding to the PDSCH, which may be specifically identifying an indication meaning of the current first parameter on a predetermined basis and selecting which positions are used to transmit the HARQ-ACK. By adopting the above solution, a first communication node itself sets a position at which an HARQ-ACK is transmitted, and a second communication node feeds back, according to an indication, the HARQ-ACK corresponding to a PDSCH in time, thereby solving the problem of greater delay for HARQ-ACK feedback in the related art, and ensuring the low delay processing of a service.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for generating sequences for reference signals in mobile communication technology are described. An exemplary method for wireless communication includes transmitting data, which is modulated using a pi/2-binary phase shift keying (BPSK) modulation, and a reference signal using a plurality of subcarriers, where the reference signal comprises a sequence from a subset of sequences that contains 30 sequences, each with a predetermined length, and where the subset of sequences include at least a first number of fixed sequences and a second number of selected sequences. The method further enables constructing the sequences, which have low peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) properties, for sequence lengths N=6, 12, 18, 24 and 30.
