    摘要: The invention provides a temperature sensing device of an integrated circuit. The integrated circuit includes a plurality of stacked metal wire layers, and the temperature sensing device includes a first metal sheet, a first via and a second via. The first metal sheet is disposed between the first metal wire layer and the second metal wire layer of the metal wire layers. The first via and the second via are used to connect the first metal sheet and the first metal wire layer, wherein a temperature sensing signal enters the first metal sheet through the first via and leaves the first metal sheet through the second via to measure the temperature of the integrated circuit.

    摘要: An analytical method of post-translational modifications in hemoglobin is disclosed. The analytical method comprises the steps of providing a blood comprising the hemoglobin with post-translational modification of nitration, nitrosylation, or oxidation; performing an extraction process to the blood by an organic solvent; quantifying the hemoglobin by a fluorescent spectrometry; hydrolyzing the hemoglobin into a plurality of peptides by an enzyme; and using a nanoflow liquid chromatography-nanospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry to characterize and quantify the post-translational modifications of the hemoglobin.

    摘要: A transformer is provided. The transformer includes a first electrical conductor, a second electrical conductor, a circuit board and a core set. The first electrical conductor has a through hole and the second electrical conductor is electromagnetically coupled with the first electrical conductor and includes a plurality of spiral coils formed by winding a single conductive wire, each spiral coil having a through hole. The circuit board has a through hole. The core set penetrates the through hole of the first electrical conductor, the through hole of the circuit board, and the through holes of the plurality of spiral coils of the second electrical conductor, and covers at least one portion of the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor.

    摘要: An inductor includes a base and a winding assembly. The base includes an outer frame, a middle part and a connecting part. The outer frame has a first upper surface. The middle part has a second upper surface. The connecting part is connected with the outer frame and the middle part and has a third upper surface. The connecting part, the outer frame and the middle part collectively define a receptacle. The winding assembly is accommodated within the receptacle. The second upper surface of the middle part is disposed at a higher level with respect to the first upper surface of the outer frame. A first height is defined by the level difference between the second upper surface and the third upper surface. A second height of the winding assembly is smaller than the first height, so that a fourth upper surface of the winding assembly is disposed at a lower level with respect to the second upper surface after the winding assembly is accommodated within the receptacle.
