Abstract:
A coin outlet unit is disclosed to include a casing having a coin outlet, and an adjustment structure for adjusting the size of the coin outlet. The adjustment structure positioning spaces arranged in a line perpendicular to the extending direction of the coin outlet, locating holes arranged in parallel to the positioning spaces, an adjustment block, which has a bottom rod selectably inserted into one of the positioning spaces and a plurality of adjustment holes, and a locking member insertable through the adjustment holes into the locating holes to lock the adjustment block.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a banknote output control device, which includes an optical transmitter module controlled to emit light across the banknote delivery path, an optical receiver module controlled to detect light passing from the optical transmitter module across the banknote delivery path, and a control circuit, which continues the output of a banknote when the value of the detected signal from the optical receiver module is approximately equal to the predetermined reference value, or reverses the banknote delivering direction when the value of the detected signal from the optical receiver module differs from the predetermined reference value significantly.
Abstract:
A banknote acceptor is disclosed to have a banknote verification assembly detachably mounted in a housing for verifying the authenticity of the inserted banknote by means of an optical transmitter module, which uses an UV LED to emit UV light through the inserted banknote, and an optical receiver module, which uses a phototransistor to receive light passed from the UV LED through the banknote and to produce a corresponding output signal indicative of the fluorescent reaction of the fluorescent characteristics of fluorescent filaments of the paper material or the fluorescent reaction of the ink of the inserted banknote for enabling a control unit to verify the authenticity of the inserted banknote and for enabling a banknote holding down mechanism to force the verified banknote into a money box and hold it in place.
Abstract:
A bill acceptor is constructed to include a housing, the housing having a base for holding a banknote for examination, a first light emitter adapted to emit infrared light onto the banknote carried on the base of the housing for examination, a second light emitter adapted to emit ultraviolet light onto the banknote for visual examination, an image sensor adapted to pick up infrared light reflected from the banknote carried on the base of the housing and to convert received light signal into image signal, and a display adapted to display image signal obtained from the image sensor for verifying the authenticity of the banknote.
Abstract:
A power control circuit used in a vending machine having a bill accepter and vending main units controlled by the bill accepter is disclosed to include a pulse signal generator installed in the bill inlet of the bill accepter and adapted to generate a triggering signal upon insertion of a bill into the bill inlet of the bill accepter, a driver, and a trigger, which controls the driver to drive the bill accepter between the power-saving stand-by mode and the work mode subject to the presence of the pulse signal from the pulse signal generator.

Abstract:
The coin differentiating unit comprises a case, a detecting device, a first motor set, a second motor set and a dispensing plate. The case comprises a coin differentiation area and a coin collection area. The coin collection area comprises a groove. The groove comprises a coin identifying plate and a coin over-load dispensing plate pivotally mounted there within. And the coin collection area comprises a plurality of coin channels comprising a partition plate in between two adjacent coin channels. A circuit board and the detecting device are positioned inside the differentiation area of the case. A plurality of detecting elements is positioned over the circuit board. The first and second motor sets are used to control the coin identifying plate and the coin-overload dispensing plate for differentiating the real coins from phony coins and for closing the coin collection case when the coin collection case is over-loaded with the coins.
Abstract:
The coin ejection unit comprises a case, a motor set, a plurality of ejecting plates, and coin storage canister. The case comprises a base, bottom cover and a rear plate, and a base portion comprising a plurality of coin hoppers. A motor set is attached on a side of the base portion. The motor rotates a dispensing axel, the biasing rollers presses against the corresponding buckling plates of the pulling plates to press the buckling plates inside the corresponding indented grooves of the sliding element, meanwhile the biasing roller of the motor case will make the connecting bar to move backward and forward pulling the sliding element and the pulling plate outwardly, as a result the blocking portion of the pulling plate will pull out a lower most coin stored in the coin magazines.
Abstract:
A coin dispenser is disclosed to use a dialing rod of a dialing device of a coin dispensing unit to push one side of the peripheral edge of one metal coin so that the other side of the peripheral edge of the metal coin will push two coin-stopping columns of one spring plate of the coin dispensing unit, causing the two coin-stopping columns to slide along the peripheral edge of the metal coin, and thus, when the metal coin crosses two coin-stopping columns, the metal coin is sent out of the coin outlet, achieving the effect of dispensing one metal coin at one time.
