Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a brain atlas individualization method and system based on magnetic resonance and a twin graph neural network. Firstly, a feature is extracted from resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) by utilizing functional connectivity based on a region-of-interest, and at the same time, Fisher transformation and exponential transformation are performed on the feature; secondly, a corresponding adjacent matrix is extracted from T1-weighted magnetic resonance data in a data set; and then the twin graph neural network is designed for training and testing with the transformed feature and the adjacent matrix as inputs and a group atlas label and a sampling mask as outputs.

Abstract: A traffic alarm method and apparatus based on a programmable switch, a device and a medium. The method monitors traffic with different priorities, when the traffic is greater than or equal to a threshold, the programmable switch may give a real-time alarm on a data plane and return low priority traffic information in a current network back to a sending end, and the sending end may adjust a task priority through alarm information. The present disclosure uses a programmable switch device, the lower priority traffic information may be alarmed to the sending end in real time on the data plane without passing through a controller, an alarm delay is significantly reduced, the sending end may adjust a sending rate timely, real-time scheduling of network traffic is achieved, high priority traffic transmission is ensured, and meanwhile link utilization is improved.

Abstract: A method for incremental metapath storage and dynamic maintenance is provided, which includes, reformatting metapath instances, from a designated heterogeneous graph and of a designated metapath type, into path graphs; executing graph updating tasks and performing dynamic maintenance on the updated path graphs, traversing the path graph to obtain the location of metapath updates and update the path graph; for metapaths with length greater than 2 and with symmetrical central portion, central merge operation is performed to simplify path graph and perform subsequent restoration operation; and directly perform restoration operation on path graphs that do not meet the merging conditions. The present disclosure utilizes characteristics of graph update to obtain locality of metapath updates, and combines internal relationship characteristics of metapath instances to greatly speed up metapath generation and achieve real-time inference of dynamic heterogeneous graph models.

Abstract: The present application discloses a label-free adaptive CT super-resolution reconstruction method, device and system based on a generative network, which comprises the following modules: an acquisition module configured for acquiring low-resolution original CT image data; a preprocessing module configured for performing super-resolution reconstruction on original CT images based on total variation to obtain an initial value; and a super-resolution reconstruction module configured for performing high-resolution reconstruction on the initial value. According to the present application, a parameter fine-tuning method is adopted, and a CT reconstruction network which is not suitable for a certain patient is adjusted into a network which is suitable for the patient's situation on the premise of not using a large number of data sets for training; only the low-resolution CT data of the patient is used in this process, and the corresponding high-resolution CT data is not needed as a label.
