摘要： A drawer slide for coupling a drawer to a cabinet includes an intermediate rail partially housed within the drawer rail and web and first and second legs which are connected to the web. A flange extends from the first leg toward the second leg. Bearings housed in bearing cages placed between the rails allow sliding movement therebetween. A cabinet rail partially housed within the intermediate rail includes an upright wall and a flange extending away from the upright wall and toward the first leg. Ball and roller bearings housed in bearing cages couple the flanges. Grooves in the flanges are engaged by the ball bearings. Roller bearings housed in bearing cages couple the web of the intermediate rail and the flange of the cabinet rail, and the second leg of the intermediate rail and the upright wall of the cabinet rail.

Exactly one bearing ball (16, 29) is mounted in the part of the individual bearing holder (12, 22) placed on one side of the intermediate rail (10); two rollers or wheels (14, 15, 24, 25) are mounted in the part of the individual bearing holder (12, 22) placed on the other side of the intermediate rail (10). The axes of rotation of said rollers or wheels are placed in each their plane of two planes standing perpendicular to each other. A substantially horizontal auxiliary roller (18, 28) extending to both sides of the intermediate rail (10) is mounted in the individual bearing holder (12, 22) between the intermediate rail (10) and the upper rail (6) and the lower rail (8) respectively. Hereby a considerably constructive simplification is achieved and the pull-out mechanism can bear both horizontal and vertical loads in a reliable way. 摘要： A guide rail assembly for slidably opening and closing a drawer within an enclosure is disclosed. The assembly comprises a mounting bracket (10) for fixing the assembly to the enclosure, a fixed rail (20) on the mounting bracket for receiving an intermediate rail (30), an intermediate rail capable of sliding back and forth relative to the fixed rail, an outer pull out guide (40) for attachment to the drawer and being capable of sliding back and forth on the intermediate rail relative to the intermediate rail and the fixed rail, a protrusion (43) on the bottom surface of the outer pull out guide, a damping device (80) and a channel guide (60) disposed along the mounting bracket adjacent the fixed rail. The damping device is resiliently compressible in a lengthwise direction and the channel guide is provided with a sliding member (70). The sliding member includes an inner portion (71) that travels within the guide and an outer portion (72) that extends outwardly from the guide so as to be contactable by the pull out guide protrusion. The inner portion of the sliding member locates an end (82) of the damping device that can be pushed inwardly to provide damping. During a closing action of the assembly, the outer pull out guide is caused to slide in a drawer-closing direction and when the protrusion reaches and contacts the sliding member outer portion, the sliding member travels within the channel guide against the resilience of the damping device and causes deceleration of the drawer-closing motion.
