A support bracket for supporting the drawer is provided at each side of the drawer. The sliding guide rail system includes a pull-out rail disposed within each of the support brackets. One of the support brackets has a slot and the pull-out rail disposed within one of the brackets has a recess. A stabilizer arrangement for stabilizing the sliding movement of the drawer is also provided. The stabilizer arrangement includes a guide bracket and a lever. The guide bracket has a protrusion engageable within the support bracket slot. The guide bracket has a resilient grip portion that allows for the guide bracket protrusion to be adjustable laterally within the support bracket slot when the guide bracket is locked onto the support bracket.

摘要： A corner fitting for securing a drawer side to a drawer rear panel in a drawer assembly. The fitting comprises a substantially L-shaped bracket having a first flange and a second flange. A hollow support structure connects the first and second flanges and provides internal support surfaces for engagement by a component of the drawer assembly. A slot is defined by a gap between opposing surfaces of one of the flanges and one of the support surfaces. The support structure includes a resilient locking flap biased so as to protrude into the slot to lock the component of the drawer assembly and a tab extending from the flap into the hollow support structure with the tab accessible externally of the drawer assembly to permit retraction of the flap from the slot.

The front portion includes first and second portions with the first portion having a rotation-preventing internal surface and the second portion having a rotation-admitting internal surface. A locking step is defined by the differing internal cross sections of the first and second portions. The rotation of the rotating member in the first portion is prevented by the internal shape of the first portion relative to the external shape of the rotating member. The rotating member has an angular slot for receiving a guiding pin which is downwardly extending from the bottom surface of a top roller guide.

The fluid damper includes a cylinder (10) having an open end (13) and a closed end (14) with a piston disposed within the cylinder. The piston has a piston rod (2) for moving the piston between the open and closed end of the cylinder with the piston rod extending out of the cylinder open end through a seal (4). A guide bushing (100, 200) having a central hollow shaft (110, 210) for guiding the piston rod is disposed within the cylinder. The guide bushing allows damping fluid to flow in the space (17) between the central shaft and cylinder wall.

摘要： A guide rail system for slidably opening and closing a drawer within an enclosure is disclosed. The system comprises a mounting bracket for fixing the system to the enclosure, the mounting bracket having a fixed rail for receiving an intermediate rail capable of sliding back and forth on the fixed rail, and a pull out rail operatively attached to the drawer and capable of sliding back and forth on the intermediate rail. A resiliently compressible damping device, channel guide with sliding member and a closing device are disposed along the mounting bracket. The pull out rail has a guiding pin on its bottom surface. The sliding member is adapted to travel along the channel guide and locate an end of the damping device that can be pushed inwardly to provide damping. The closing device comprises a housing, a resilient means, and a driver pivotally mounted with the housing and operatively connected to the resilient means. The driver is pivotable between a first locked position and a second linearly moveable position, and includes an angular slot for receiving the guiding pin and an abutment projection contactable with the sliding member. During a closing action, the pull out rail is caused to slide in a drawer-closing direction. When the guiding pin reaches and engages with the angular slot, the action of the guiding pin within the angular slot causes the driver to be pivoted from its first position to its second position where the abutment projection engages with the sliding member. Thereafter, linear movement of the driver urges the sliding member to correspondingly travel along the channel guide against the resilience of the damping device, resulting in deceleration of the closing motion.

摘要： A guide rail assembly for slidably opening and closing a drawer within an enclosure is disclosed. The assembly comprises a mounting bracket (10) for fixing the assembly to the enclosure, a fixed rail (20) on the mounting bracket for receiving an intermediate rail (30), an intermediate rail capable of sliding back and forth relative to the fixed rail, an outer pull out guide (40) for attachment to the drawer and being capable of sliding back and forth on the intermediate rail relative to the intermediate rail and the fixed rail, a protrusion (43) on the bottom surface of the outer pull out guide, a damping device (80) and a channel guide (60) disposed along the mounting bracket adjacent the fixed rail. The damping device is resiliently compressible in a lengthwise direction and the channel guide is provided with a sliding member (70). The sliding member includes an inner portion (71) that travels within the guide and an outer portion (72) that extends outwardly from the guide so as to be contactable by the pull out guide protrusion. The inner portion of the sliding member locates an end (82) of the damping device that can be pushed inwardly to provide damping. During a closing action of the assembly, the outer pull out guide is caused to slide in a drawer-closing direction and when the protrusion reaches and contacts the sliding member outer portion, the sliding member travels within the channel guide against the resilience of the damping device and causes deceleration of the drawer-closing motion.

摘要： An improved closing device for opening and closing a slidable drawer is presented. The device entails an elongate hollow cylindrical housing having an axial slot extending from one end over at least a part of the body and second axial slot being ‘L’ shaped where the leg of the L is adjacent and substantially parallel to first slot. A cylindrical member is slidable in the body with the projection extending from the member inserted into a second slot. The cylindrical piece with angled groove is able to receive a pin attached to the guide rail of the drawer so that when the draw is opened the pin pulls the cylindrical piece along the first slot towards the angled section. The cylindrical piece rotates and locks due to the extension on second slot. Furthermore, when the drawer is closed the pin on the guide rail, when pushed in, engages with the first slot that rotates the cylindrical piece thus releasing the extension and the spring pulls the drawer to a closed position.
