    摘要: Apparatus for the rapid production of concrete having a grout slurry forming device, a cyclonic mixer for aggregate and a weighing device for feeding weighed amounts of aggregate to the cyclonic mixer. The slurry forming device including, subjecting fine particles in a liquid to the action of one or more rotating disc shaped blades, arranged to create within the slurry alternating areas of high and low pressures, thereby breaking up agglomerations. The cyclonic mixer includes, a hopper in which at least two conveyors simultaneously transport aggregate streams tangentially into, in opposite directions inducing helical mixing paths. The weighing device including, an aggregate weigher wherein a number of aggregate storage bins selectively releases aggregate onto a variable speed controlled conveyor. Intimately mixed concrete being formed from the simultaneous release of the grout slurry into the cyclonic mixer combining with the mixing aggregate.

    摘要: The apparatus of the present invention includes a mixing tube and inlets for conveying substances into the mixing tube such that the components intersect at a common point. A replaceable insert directs a dry component into the mixing tube. A liquid inlet bi-directionally sprays a liquid component between a wall of the mixing tube and the insert and toward the common point. A recirculation inlet directs a recirculated component toward the common point. Mixing is enhanced by a flow deflector and a flow interceptor which converge and turn the substances. The method of the present invention includes conveying substances into a mixing tube and intersecting the substances at a common point in the mixing tube to form a mixture.

In said chamber a plurality of unique diffusers are affixed in a symmetrical staggered pattern on the chamber floor in a manner to deflect and blend the materials as they move by gravity. When said materials are thoroughly mixed, the bucket is tilted forward and the materials, moving by gravity, are guided by the funnel shaped section through an opening regulated by a sliding discharge door for precise placement.

    摘要: Process for homogeneously incorporating fibrous reinforcing material into a matrix of pastes of cementing materials comprises, withdrawing from a supplying station a stream of cementing material paste containing a proportionate layered amount of segmented fibrous material, wherein the layers of fibrous material are uniform layers alternating with layers of cement paste, gravity flowing said stream under laminar flow conditions along a succession of stream lengths flowing in vertically spaced-apart slopes while the above mentioned laminar-flow stream lengths undergo vibration, free-fall discharging from the downstream end of an upper stream length the cement paste onto the upstream end of a stream length flowing by gravity and under vibration along a next succeeding lower slope, wherein the direction of flow of a successive vertically spaced apart stream lengths is in opposite direction. Each laminar-flow stream length, in thin layer and under vibration, takes place along an inclined tray or channel. The trays may have parallel side walls, or their side walls may uniformly reduce their separation from each other downstream, so that the bottoms of the trays are trapezoidally shaped planes.
