    Abstract: A gas solution supply device 1 includes: a first gas-liquid separator 8 in which gas solution is stored; a second gas-liquid separator 16 provided at a stage subsequent to the first gas-liquid separator 8 and in which gas solution to be supplied to a use point is stored; an intermediate line 17 provided between the first gas-liquid separator 8 and the second gas-liquid separator 16; a pressure booster pump 18 provided on the intermediate line 17 and increases a pressure of gas solution being supplied from the first gas-liquid separator 8 to the second gas-liquid separator 16; a gas supply line 2 that supplies gas as a material of the gas solution; and a gas dissolving unit 20 provided on the intermediate line 17 and dissolves the gas supplied from the gas supply line 2 in the gas solution supplied from the first gas-liquid separator 8.

    Abstract: An automatic variable speed eductor recirculation system for metal recycling furnaces having a delacquering chamber and a separate heating chamber. The system includes a recirculation duct between the two chambers, an eductor in the duct, a variable speed blower forcing motive gases into the eductor creating a Venturi that draws VOC's from the delaquering chamber through the eductor, and an infrared opacity sensor proximate the eductor that measures the transparency level of the gases in the eductor. An electronic controller automatically adjusts the blower speed to control the eductor Venturi based upon the transparency level measurements of the opacity sensor.

    Abstract: Methods and systems of admixing hydrocarbon liquids from two or more sets of tanks into a single pipeline to provide in-line mixing thereof. In an embodiment of the in-line mixing system, hydrocarbon liquids stored in at least one tank of each of two or more sets of tanks positioned at a tank farm are blended into a blend flow pipe via in-line mixing and the blended mixture is pumped through a single pipeline. In one or more embodiments, the in-line mixing system employs a separate spillback or recirculation loop that is fluidly connected to each set of the two or more sets of tanks to control the flow of the hydrocarbon fluid/liquid from each set of tanks to the blend flow pipe. Associated methods of operating one or more embodiments of the system include regulation of spillback or recirculation loop flow rate and/or pressure to drive the actual blend ratio towards a desired blend ratio.

    Abstract: A system for producing homogenized oil field gel including a power unit, a control system, a feed tank, a hopper, and a piping assembly that includes inlet and outlet manifolds, centrifugal pumps, and metering devices for filling the feed tank and handling a discharge of oilfield gel. The system further includes a powder hydration component and liquid chemical equipment. The method for producing homogenized oil field gel includes a guar powder procedure including a controlled sequence for starting and stopping a venturi mixer in a hydration unit. The method for producing homogenized oil field gel further includes a liquefied gel concentrate procedure including a metering and chemical injection procedure for mixing a liquefied gel concentrate.
