摘要： A bag-holding and carrying device formed by a pair of pivotally interconnected inverted U-shaped frame members having a bag supporting platform adjacent the base of the frame which is formed by a pair of pivotally interconnected overlapping plate members adapted to maintain the stability of the device when the frame members are pivoted to an open or extended configuration. Each frame member is provided with a pivotally mounted baillike member having a bight portion extending upwardly along and beyond the top of its associated frame member which is adapted to support a bag inserted in the device and supported at its top by a turned-down cuff portion which extends over the bails and down around the periphery of the frame members. The bail members may be swung together so as to carry the opposite sides of the bag together and close the bag. The cuff portion of the bag then can be pulled to open the bag.

The upwardly extending wall extends to a top perimeter that forms an upper opening. An access opening in the upwardly extending wall allows access into the laundry receiving chamber. A plurality of pallets each have a generally planar body that extends to an outer perimeter, the outer perimeter being sized and shaped to slidably abut the inner surface of the upwardly extending wall, so that the plurality of pallets may be slidably inserted through the upper opening of the upwardly extending wall, in a horizontal configuration, and into the laundry receiving chamber. A hanger assembly may also be mounted on the laundry housing.

摘要： A linen hamper made of a light weight tubular frame for releasably securing a hamper bag includes an open top which can be closed by a pivotally mounted lid. The lid is connected to a foot pedal pivotally mounted on the frame, by an adjustable control rod pivotally connected to each. A closing cylinder is biased to close the lid when pressure is removed from the foot pedal. However, the control rod is adjustable to a second state in which the pivot point of its connection to the lid is aligned or is over center relative to the pivot point of the lid, and with respect to the closing force exerted by the control rod on the lid, such that the closing cylinder cannot close the lid until the lid is tapped forwardly slightly.

摘要： An apparatus for providing improved transportability for a clothes hamper to and from a laundry facility comprising: a four-wheel assembly and an extendable handle assembly for removable attachment to an existing clothes hamper. The wheeled hamper system further comprises castors which may be rotatable through 360 degrees enabling the clothes hamper to be maneuvered in virtually any direction. At least two wheels of the wheeled hamper system may comprise a wheel brake thereby allowing the clothes hamper to remain stationary during non-use and in-use periods. The extendable handle assembly may be extended or retracted by a user allowing the clothes hamper to be easily pushed or pulled on either four wheels or two wheels. A hamper lid may further be removably attached to the clothes hamper by a hinge enabling the hamper lid to be swingably closed thereby securely retaining the contents of the clothes hamper during transport. In an alternative embodiment, the four-wheel assembly, extendable handle assembly, and hamper lid may be pre-installed to a clothes hamper.

A first bin is mounted to the first portion of the base while a second bin is mounted to the second portion of the base. Each bin is collapsible between an expanded position in which the tops and bottoms of the bin are spaced apart from each other, and a collapsed position in which the top and bottom of the bin are positioned closely adjacent each other and with the sidewall for each bin sandwiched between the top and the bottom. With the bins in their collapsed position, the hinge mechanism enables the base portions to be folded over on each other so that the bins are sandwiched in between the base portions for compact storage.
