    摘要： An exemplary bag frame includes a framework to be inserted into and hold open a paper grocery bag which is then used as a trash/waste, sorting, collecting or storage receptacle. The bag frame includes four spaced apart vertical legs and that are configured to be inserted within the four corner edges of the paper bag. A planar upper rim connects the upper ends of the four legs and covers the upper edge of the paper bag. The bag frame resembles a small table with an almost completely open top. The vertical legs in the top rim are coupled in a snap-fit manner for easy assembly and disassembly.

The bagging station holder holds a bagging station. A bagging station holds a plurality of shopping bags ready to receive products purchased by a customer. The rail coupler couples the bagging station support frame to a rail. Rails are common fixtures throughout retail stores. The bagging station support frame can be coupled to a rail at various locations throughout the retail store. A bagging station coupled to the bagging station support frame will be available for customers to bag their purchases wherever the bagging station support frame with bagging station is mounted. By mounting bagging station support frames with bagging stations throughout the retail store, customers can easily bag their purchases as they shop, without having to find a checkout counter to obtain shopping bags.

    摘要： Apparatus for collecting debris which resides upon a support surface includes a body which has an open mouth end and an opposite closed end. Two diverters are connected to opposite sides of the open end. The diverters are angularly positioned so that they channel the debris into the open end of the apparatus. In one embodiment the apparatus is held in place by staking the distal ends of the diverters to the support surface such as a lawn. In another embodiment weights are placed in pockets in the diverters to hold the apparatus in place on a hard surface such as a driveway.

    摘要： A bag holding device for holding a bag in an open configuration to facilitate placement of objects therein. The bag holding device includes an elongated handle having a first end and a second end. A plurality of arms extends from the first and second ends of the handle, wherein each arm includes a fastener on an end thereof. Preferably, a pair of arms is positioned on each end of the handle, wherein the arms are arranged in a V-shaped configuration. The perimeter of the upper end of a bag can be secured to the fasteners on the arms so as to hold the bag in an open configuration. This allows the user to hold the handle of the bag holding device in one hand, while using the other hand to place items into the bag.
