    摘要: An assembly for a livewell comprises a first fitting and a second fitting. The first fitting is configured to support and provide water to a spray head configured to spray water into a livewell to which the assembly is coupled. The second fitting is coupled to the first fitting and comprises at least two inlets and at least one outlet, the at least one outlet being in fluid communication with the first fitting. A first inlet of the at least two inlets is in fluid communication with a first source of water to provide water from the first source to the spray head. A second inlet of the at least two inlets is in fluid communication with a different second source of water to provide water from the second source to the spray head.

    摘要: Some fishing boats include a livewell system. This document describes livewell systems that have multiple modes of operation. The modes of operation include, at least, a first mode with a lower water level and a second mode with a higher water level. While the livewell is operating in the second mode, the tank is nearly full of water. Accordingly, with a nearly full tank, the water in the livewell will resist sloshing around while the boat is navigating rough seas or travelling at high speeds or for long distances. Moreover, the health of the fish in the livewell will be protected because of the water's lessened tendency to slosh around in the livewell.

Nos. 5,697,736 and 5,697,473 to form waterfront structures such as seawalls, boathouses and the like. Novel methods of waterborne transport and installation of the boxes are disclosed, including modular vessels having bow and stern sections which can be connected directly together or mounted to a mid-section containing assemblies of concrete boxes, other structural elements or other vessels such as floating drydocks. Modular vessels can be assembled with any or all of the bow, midship and stern sections comprising honeycomb arrays of vertically-oriented hexagonal boxes.

    摘要: A device to cover live wells or other holding containers to retain fish and other aquatic animals. The cover has a plurality of flexible, resilient strap-like web members spaced apart in parallel and connected at at least two ends to a border. The cover may be attachable to the side of the container of a live well by various fastening means, such as hook and loop material, adhesive tape or hooks. One embodiment of the live well cover is provided with tubular members filled with foam so that it can float flush with the water in the live well, thereby requiring no attachment means to the live well whatsoever. This device prevents fish from escaping from a live well, yet allows them to be readily retrievable for weighing and cleaning.

    摘要: A plastic spring loaded shut-off valve for drains in live wells of boats seals without the presence of fluid pressure. This effect is achieved by a biasing spring urging sealing flaps against the valve ports. The flaps are curved and have ribbed edges to accomplish such sealing and prevent jamming of the ports. The biasing spring is secured to a rotating member through slots while the flaps are secured to the member by buttons. The spring and flap are also secured by a bar across the flap, which has a bearing pad where it is contacted by the spring. The rotating member is rotatable on the underside of the valve top screwed to the valve body. Stops on the inside of the valve top limit its rotation.
