摘要： An assembly and a method for lifting a module of a lithography system from its support and a lithography system including such device are provided. The assembly includes a body and a track. The track comprises a ramp. The body is provided with two wheels. The first wheel vertically may extend a distance h further from a central horizontal plane of the body than the second wheel. An axis of the first wheel may be positioned in the horizontal direction at a distance D from an axis of the second wheel. The track may include a first and a second ramp. The first ramp is positioned at a distance D from the second ramp in the horizontal direction and a distance h in the vertical direction. Insertion of the body between the module and the support causes the module to be lifted from the support.

Each of the guide components includes an attachment structure that projects into one of the first and second openings and a substantially planar guide section connected to the attachment structure that overlies a guide surface of the first lifting component and that is configured to abut on the guide surface of the second lifting column component. The first and second guide components are configured such that they are in contact with each other when the attachment structures are mounted the openings.

The apparatus includes a stationary counter portion, a moveable island riser, a lift assembly, and a guide assembly including vertically mounted guide shafts that support guide bearings situated in a housing mounted to the moveable island riser. Electronic sensors protect against operation of the lift assembly when interfering objects are sensed, and then lift assembly operation is interrupted. The moveable island riser provides cabinet space or shelving and may be provided with electrical outlets for use with common kitchen appliances.

摘要： A utility cart unloading system that is both functional and necessary. The system includes lifting platform that fits inside dimension of a cart and is attached with two sheets of canvas on each side to two steel tubes which are than installed into a metal frame that fits onto the top rim of a cart. An electrical DC motor rotates the steel tubes clockwise and counterclockwise simultaneously by means of chain transmission in the same direction at the same time and at the same speed and is controlled by rocker switch. By winding the canvas around the steel tubes, the lifting platform travels up and the contents of the cart are lifted.

摘要： A mobile lift caddy is configured to remove a vehicle from a primary lift while the vehicle is elevated above the workplace floor and then transport the vehicle to another location. The mobile lift caddy is dimensioned to fit between vertical lift posts of the primary lift. A mobility drive arrangement moves the caddy under operator control to and from the workplace location. Caddy lift arms are configured to accept a portion of removable lift pad assemblies at the lift arms of the primary lift, to lift out the lift pad assembly with the vehicle supported on the lift pads.
