    摘要: A hydraulic hybrid powertrain system includes a power plant generating a high pressure fluid at an output, at least one drive motor responsive to the high pressure fluid for generating rotary motion at an output, and a mode selection device connected to the power plant output and the drive motor for selecting a mode of operation from a plurality of drive motor modes of operation including at least two of a drive mode, a neutral mode, a reverse mode and a park mode. The system includes a control device connected to the power plant and the drive motor for controlling operation of the drive motor in the plurality of modes of operation, a selectively actuated brake device for interrupting high pressure fluid flow to the drive motor, and a check valve bridge circuit for connecting the drive motor to a low pressure fluid source when the brake device is actuated.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a speed changing device for a hydraulic driving apparatus and a speed change control method thereof, which provide excellent controllability, traveling efficiency, and reliability without occurrence of cavitation. To this end, the device comprises a shifter selected position sensor (63a) for detecting a shift lever change, a motor rotational speed sensor (52) for detecting a rotational speed of a hydraulic motor (50), and a control device (60); and the control device (60) judges and controls either a powering control or a brake control, based on the change of the shift lever selection and on the comparison of the detected motor rotational speed with a memorized motor rotational speed. In addition, a two-stage back pressure valve (23) can be provided between a directional control valve (21) and an oil tank.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a backpressure control circuit for a hydraulic drive device, which reduces the loss in drive power and which can suppress cavitation. Thus, the backpressure control circuit for hydraulic drive devices is a hydraulic drive circuit: for supplying to a hydraulic motor pressurized oil discharged from a hydraulic pump through a direction changeover valve, which is switched upon receipt of a pilot pressure; and for permitting at the time of braking by the hydraulic motor, a throttle valve to throttle return oil from the hydraulic motor and oil discharged from the hydraulic pump to generate a backpressure to supply pressurized oil to the hydraulic motor via a check valve for prevention of cavitation. The backpressure control circuit includes a pilot valve (60) for taking a pressure on a drive side of the hydraulic motor (24) as a pilot pressure upon receipt of a signal from an operating lever (39), and a variable throttle valve (80) for changing a backpressure to a low pressure or to a high pressure upon receipt of a pilot pressure from the pilot valve (60).

    摘要: A method of controlling the slewing of a revolving superstructure of a hydraulic backhoe includes setting a swing mode selector valve in a driving position to supply fluid discharged from a pump through a supply-and-discharge line to a hydraulic motor to drive the hydraulic motor for a driving operation, setting one of a pair of relief valves provided between the swing mode selector valve and the hydraulic motor, associated with the supply side of the hydraulic motor for a set relief pressure higher than the set relief pressure of a main relief valve for limiting the pressure in supply-and-discharge lines to the set relief pressure of the main relief valve while the hydraulic motor is operating in a driving mode, and setting the other relief valve associated with the discharge side of the hydraulic motor for a set relief pressure lower than the set relief pressure of the main relief valve to limit the pressure in the supply-and-discharge line associated with the discharge side of the hydraulic motor to the set relief pressure of the other relief valve while the hydraulic motor is operating in a braking mode. The method brakes the slewing mechanism smoothly to prevent the rapid abrasion of the braking surfaces of the components of the slewing mechanism.

    摘要: A hydraulic circuit is disclosed for driving a bidirectional hydraulic motor from a pump via a hand operated directional control valve, as for propelling an earthmover or actuating an implement assembly thereon. For mitigating an abrupt pressure rise as when the motor is set into or out of rotation, the circuit has a pair of oppositely directed dual pressure relief valves connected in parallel with each other between a pair of main lines extending between motor and directional control valve. Each dual pressure relief valve is normally conditioned to pass at a predetermined lower pressure the pressurized fluid from one of the main lines and to pass at a predetermined higher pressure the pressurized fluid from the other main line. When pilot operated from a timing valve responsive to a pressure differential between the main lines, that one of the relief valves which has been bleeding off the pressurized fluid at the low pressure is closed, with the result that the pressurized fluid is then released at the high pressure through the other relief valve, thereby causing two stepwise pressure rises for the reduction of a shock. The invention proposes the provision of a variable resistor between the timing valve and each main line for variably delaying the pilot actuation of the relief valves by the timing valve.

Adjustment of the setting of the valve means varies the resistance to movement of the pump operating element so as to vary the ratio of the gear assembly.
