摘要: An excavator includes an excavation attachment including a boom, an arm, and a bucket, a left main pump and a right main pump mounted on an upper rotating body, a control valve serving as a confluence valve that merges an operating oil discharged from the left main pump and the operating oil discharged from the right main pump with each other, and a controller that can control functioning of the control valve. The controller moves the control valve to merge the operating oil discharged from the left main pump and the operating oil discharged from the right main pump with each other while the boom, the arm, and the bucket are moving simultaneously.

When a traveling operation member is operated, operation fluid flows to the first pressure receiving portion through the first traveling fluid passage, to the second pressure receiving portion through the second traveling fluid passage, to the third pressure receiving portion through the third traveling fluid passage, and to the fourth pressure receiving portion through the fourth traveling fluid passage.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a work machine that can increase the operation speed of an actuator by a regenerating function while ensuring accuracy of position control of the actuator. For this purpose, a controller computes a target actuator supply flow rate by subtracting a regeneration flow rate from a target actuator flow rate, computes a target flow control valve opening amount on the basis of the target actuator supply flow rate, computes a target pump flow rate equal to or more than the sum of a plurality of the target actuator supply flow rates, controls flow control valves according to the target flow control valve opening amount, and controls a hydraulic pump according to the target pump flow rate.

摘要: A hydraulic system of a construction machine includes: control valves interposed between a main pump and hydraulic actuators; and first solenoid proportional valves connected to pilot ports of the control valves. The hydraulic system further includes: a relief valve for the main pump, the relief valve including a pilot port; and a second solenoid proportional valve connected to the pilot port of the relief valve by a secondary pressure line and connected to an auxiliary pump by a primary pressure line. A switching valve including a pilot port connected to the secondary pressure line by a pilot line is interposed between the auxiliary pump and the first solenoid proportional valves.

摘要: A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a first control cylinder to move a boom and a second control cylinder to move a bucket. A body of the first control cylinder has a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber. A first control valve is connected to the first fluid chamber via a first fluid path and connected to the second fluid chamber via a second fluid path to control the first hydraulic cylinder. A bucket positioning valve is connected to the second fluid path and a third fluid path to control a second hydraulic cylinder so as to rotate the bucket. A discharge fluid path is connected to the second fluid path between the bucket positioning valve and the first control valve. A discharge control valve is provided in the discharge fluid path to be opened and closed.

A hydraulic pump is driven by the engine to discharge an operating oil. A hydraulic actuator is mounted on the upper turning body. A control device controls operations of the shovel. An entering object detection device detects a position of an entering object in a monitoring area of said shovel and outputs a detection signal indicating the detection position of said entering object. The control device supplies, after a determination of an entry of the entering object into the monitoring area, the operating oil from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator.

摘要: An object to achieve favorable operability, in a combined operation that involves a specific actuator and involves a great difference in load pressure and when an operation of an operating unit for the specific actuator is a fine operation, by reducing energy consumption arising from wasted restricting pressure loss of a pressure compensating valve and by flexibly varying a flow rate of a hydraulic fluid supplied to the specific actuator depending on the load pressure. To achieve this object, a boom cylinder (3a) is provided with an open center type flow control valve (6a) that controls a hydraulic fluid from a main pump (202) and a closed center type flow control valve (6i) that controls a hydraulic fluid from a main pump (102). The main pump (102) is subject to load sensing control. The flow control valve (6a) is opened to control a supply flow rate up to an intermediate zone of an operating range of an operating unit for the boom cylinder (3a). Both the flow control valves (6a) and (6i) are opened to control the supply flow rate after the intermediate zone.
