    Abstract: An optical unit with a shake correction function include a movable body having an optical element, a swing support mechanism swingably supporting the movable body between a reference posture and a tilted posture, a fixed body supporting the movable body through the swing support mechanism, a magnetic swing drive mechanism structured to swing the movable body, and a posture return mechanism structured to return the movable body to the reference posture. The magnetic swing drive mechanism includes a coil and a magnet, the magnet is polarized and magnetized to have different magnetic poles in an axial line direction, the posture return mechanism includes the magnet and a magnetic member attached to a side to which the coil is fixed, and a center of the magnetic member is overlapped with a magnetizing polarized line of the magnet when the movable body in the reference posture is viewed in a radial direction.

    Abstract: An optical unit with a shake correction function may include a movable module holding an optical element, a support body including a body part surrounding the movable module, a gimbal mechanism including a movable frame having elasticity and configured to swingably support the movable module between the movable module and the support body, a spring member connected to the movable module and the support body for holding posture of the movable module, and a shake correction drive mechanism configured to swing the movable module. When a natural vibration frequency of the movable frame is “fa”, a natural vibration frequency of the spring member is “fb”, and a vibration frequency band of a movable body on which the support body is mounted is “fw”, the natural vibration frequency “fa” and the natural vibration frequency “fb” are shifted from the vibration frequency band “fw”. Further, it may be preferable that a difference between the natural vibration frequency “fa” and the natural vibration frequency “fb” is set to be 135 Hz or more.

    Abstract: A movable body may be in a unit with a shake correction function having a movable body, a fixed body provided with a support mechanism structured to swingably support the movable body, a shake correction drive mechanism, and an elastic support member which connects the movable body with the fixed body. A tilt adjusting method for the movable body may include setting a state that a force having a component on an opposite direction to a driving force of the shake correction drive mechanism is acted on the movable body, adjusting the driving force so that a tilt direction of the movable body is substantially coincided with a target direction, and connecting the movable body with the fixed body through the elastic support member in a state that the tilt direction of the movable body is substantially coincided with the target direction.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a camera module having an optical image stabilizer (OIS) function and, particularly, to a slim-shaped camera module, having an optical image stabilizer function, capable of minimizing the whole thickness of the camera module while correcting shake by a swing drive method through a rotational vibration movement. The camera module having an optical image stabilizer function, according to the present invention, comprises: an optical module comprising at least one lens and an image sensor provided at the lower section of the lens; a hinge member which is received and mounted on the inside of the optical module; a body member which surrounds the hinge member in a state of being spaced apart from the hinge member at a predetermined distance; a hinge part which is formed on the side surface of the hinge member to thus connect the hinge member and the body member and which is formed of a material having elasticity so as to be rotationally vibrated; and a first drive part for rotationally vibrating the hinge member on the basis of the hinge part.
