A power control value of a camera may be converted to a different standard for wireless communication and converted to another standard for delivery to a remote lighting device. Different lighting devices may utilize different standards and have conversion to those appropriate standards at the receiver side even where the lighting device standard differs from the camera standard.

    摘要: A power supply circuit is proposed for supplying current to a pair of white LEDs connected in series. The circuit comprises a DC-DC power converter, with a charge pump coupled to the output of the DC-DC power converter. A super capacitor is coupled to the charge pump to be charged to a voltage on top of the converter output in a first mode of operation. The super capacitor is discharged through the pair of LEDs during a second mode of operation. A control stage is provided for switching between the first mode of operation and the second mode of operation.

    摘要: A camera according to the present invention includes a camera body where an image pickup mechanism is mounted, and a strobe unit is provided in the camera body. A wiring board to which a lead wire to be electrically connected to the strobe unit is connected, and a capacitor connected to the wiring board to feed power to the strobe unit are incorporated in the camera body. The wiring board and the capacitor are provided in a vertically movable manner in the camera body, and a cantilever portion for biasing the wiring board and the capacitor downward, and a lower projection portion for receiving movement of the wiring board and the capacitor due to a biasing force of the cantilever portion are provided in the camera body.

    摘要: A motor controlled rail assembly is provided which simplifies and automates the process of taking focus-stacked pictures. This device can be used to incrementally move a camera or other photographic device a programmable distance forward or backward in precise steps relative to an external object to facilitate focus-stacked photography. The device may include a motor-driven macro rail assembly, a controller assembly and a camera, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: a camera is attached to a macro rail carriage which is driven by the motor and controller. The device may have different modes of operation (an automatic step mode, an automatic distance mode, a total distance mode, a distance per step mode, a continuous mode and a manual mode) to yield improved results in different situations.

    摘要: An image sensing method and image sensing apparatus, including a subject detection unit and a flash unit, are provided. The method includes a first detection step of detecting a subject from image data obtained during preparation for main image sensing, a second detection step of detecting a subject based on reflected light data obtained during pre-flash after an instruction to begin main image sensing, a step of setting a flash illumination area based on a comparison result between a first proportion of the subject detected in the first detection step within a subject area in which the subject exists and a second proportion of the subject detected in the second detection step within the subject area, a step of calculating a flash illumination amount based on the set flash illumination area, and a step of controlling the flash unit during main image sensing based on the calculated flash illumination amount.
