Abstract:
Provided is a structure that allows stability of a holding portion to be enhanced and a process to be facilitated. An information display panel (1) includes: a display body portion (11) capable of displaying arbitrary information; an insertion base end portion (13) provided continuously to a bottom edge portion of the display body portion (11); a foldable piece (14) extending from the insertion base end portion (13) in a direction along the bottom edge portion; and a pair of slits (15A and 15B) formed in the foldable piece (14) so as to be in parallel to each other along the bottom edge portion. The insertion base end portion (13) is bent with respect to the display body portion (11) along a boundary line therebetween, and the foldable piece (14) is folded so as to overlap with the insertion base end portion (13), to thereby form a holding portion (12). The holding portion (12) is inserted into a through-hole portion (44) provided in an electronic shelf label (2) so that steps (H1 and H2) are formed in the slits (15A and 15B). The holding portion (12) engages with the through-hole portion (44) through the steps (H1 and H2).
Abstract:
A bag includes a first portion. The first portion is attached to a second portion of the bag. The reusable bag also includes a mailing label having an addressee section preprinted with an address of a recycler. When the bag is in an unpacked state, the first portion is configured to carry items. When the bag is in a packed state, the first portion is secured in the packed state using the second portion such that the mailing label is visible.
Abstract:
A luggage identifier formed by a generally rectangular shaped identifier body formed of leather or plastic that has a substantially transparent cover on a top surface and at least one adhesive strip on a bottom surface, and a cavity formed between the substantially transparent cover and the identifier body for receiving strips of bright colored paper.
Abstract:
A best practice fluid identification system for managing fluids from bulk storage to point of use on products and equipment in residential, commercial and industrial applications where the fluid and product or equipment information travels with the fluid and its dispensing in a protective holder mounted on or near the point of use and also on the dispensing device.
Abstract:
A device, and method of manufacture therefor, for removable attachment of cards or labels to a structure, such as a file cabinet, that allows for improved ease of use, especially during removal of a card or label from the device for alteration or replacement, comprising a magnetic sheet and at least one transparent sheet attached to a front surface thereof to form a pocket between the magnetic sheet and the transparent sheet for receiving the label or card.
Abstract:
A marketing display device such as a shelf or a “Pegboard” type hanger is provided with an outer display panel that has a release coating, such as of silicone, for ready attachment, removal and replacement of adhesive labels that carry indicia pertinent to the marketing of products on the hangers to passing potential customers. In one preferred embodiment the release coating is carried on a liner that is adhesively attached to the shelf or hanger for such removable mounting of labels and wherein the liner, including the attaching adhesive, also is readily and cleanly removable by peeling the liner from the surface to which it is adhered.
Abstract:
Discloses a method of making scanning hooks with a release agent on the label attachment tab. Stock is formed by laminating a plastic sheet which will provide the main carrier body of the overlay and a thin film which has a release agent strongly bonded to its outer surface. The film is bonded to the main plastic layer, such as by an adhesive. Overlay blanks are cut from the resulting laminate stock as by die cutting. The overlay blanks then are bent and mounted on scanning hooks, with the tab portion extending essentially vertically and presenting an outwardly exposed release surface which provides ready appliability, removability and replaceability of merchandising labels which bear information related to the products supported on the hanger.
Abstract:
An electronic shelf label has a housing which is formed oversized and later shaped to fit securely into a C channel of a targeted shelf, without requiring any additional hardware fixtures for mounting.
Abstract:
A flexible sign board for blade signs is provided. The sign board has a frame with a mounting bracket that is connected to a resilient support. The resilient support is a plurality of springs connected to a shelf or the wall bracket according to the desired application. The springs support and maintain the sign frame perpendicular to the wall or shelf the sign is attached to and thereby provides a "swing away" effect of the sign when bumped into or pushed out of the consumers way. The flexible sign frame and mounting thereof will not obstruct the consumer aisle, and thereby enables the increased visibility of the displayed items from a further distance. The flexible sign board system provides the ability to adapt the sign board to an infinite variety of varying shelf depths without using or taking away valuable retail shelf space.
Abstract:
Improvements may be incorporated in the literature holder and blank therefor, which allow it to be attached to display surfaces other than shelf pricing channel. For attachment of the literature holder to vertical surface with horizontal opening, improvement may be made wherein four cuts are made from the four points where the shelf strip panels meet the side panels, and which said cuts extend to a point which enables the shelf strip panels to be flexed so they may be inserted in horizontal openings of vertical surface. Improvement may be made to the holder and blank therefore with addition of four holes located so that cuts may be made to them from the four points where the shelf strip panels meet the side panels, which enables the shelf strip panels to be flexed so they may be inserted in horizontal openings of a vertical surface. The literature holder and blank therefore may be improved by addition of holes through which fasteners may be passed to attach the literature holder to corresponding holes on peg board. The literature holder may be improved by providing a single bottom panel attached to both side panels which permits use of the holder without having to form it from a blank.
