摘要： A coin wrapping system comprises (1) a coin wrapping mechanism forming loose coins into wrapped rolls of coins, (2) an operator interface panel, and (3) a controller coupling the operator interface panel to the coin wrapping mechanism. To provide the coin wrapping system with total flexibility in operation and other functions, the operator interface panel includes a display and a touch screen mounted over the display. The controller causes the display to display keys. The controller operably couples the touch screen to the displayed keys such that actuation of the touch screen at a position above one of the displayed keys causes the controller to perform a function associated with that displayed key. Preferably, the controller is operable, via the touch screen, in a plurality of modes including a basic operating mode, a memory recall mode, an adjustment for wrap quality mode, a diagnostics mode, and a programming mode. The basic operating mode preferably includes an error detection and recovery function. The controller causes the display to display keys associated with a selected one of the modes.

摘要： A coin packaging apparatus facilitates a change operation of the type of coins processed, can correspond to any type of coin, and is an apparatus which feeds coins one by one from a circular plate and conveys them along a coin passage and in which required processing, such as totaling and separation of the coins to be packaged, is performed. The coins are fed to a coin stacking portion where a required number of coins are stacked and packaged by a coin packaging portion. A coin passage width adjustment device steplessly adjusts the width of the coin passage, a coin passage height adjustment device steplessly adjusts the height of the coin passage, and a coin stacking portion inner diameter adjustment device steplessly adjusts the inner diameter of the coin stacking portion. A coin information input portion receives coin information, including at least the diameter and thickness of coins to be proposed. A coin information coin passage width information P.sub.1 and the coin storage portion stores coin information of at least the diameter and thickness of coins to be processed in correspondence with the type of coin. A coin type specification portion specifies the type of coin to be processed, and a control unit determines the inner diameter of a coin stacking portion and the height and width of a coin passage portion from coin information from the coin information storage portion and on the basis of the coin type from the coin type specification means, and operates each of the adjustment portion to those determined dimensions.

摘要： An improved coin stacking apparatus is shown which builds the stack by placing each successive coin at the bottom of the stack made of the preceding coins. This makes the device more compact in the vertical direction. The coins are stacked by a movable wheel or belt which has a coin engagement device that engages the leading edge of the coin. The wheel or belt further includes a coin displacement device which vertically displaces the stack to allow the succeeding coins to slide beneath the stack.

摘要： A device for wrapping coin rolls includes a base supporting a pad of wrapper sheets for wrapping a roll of coins initially supported by an end wall and two side walls located at one end of the base. The end wall is spaced a distance less than the diameter of the coin roll from the adjacent edge of the wrapper sheet pad so that the coins rest at the edge of the pad before starting each wrapping procedures. Strips of contact adhesive on the upper side of the wrapper sheets holds the wrapper to the coins and causes the wrapper sheet to adhere to itself when the wrapping is completed.

This coin stacking apparatus can prevent coins from jamming therein.

摘要： This invention refers to a mechanism for the production of rolls of coins, with a feeding track for horizontal coins. A tilting station is provided to put the coin into an upright position, and a wrapping station is provided to form rolls of coins out of the stacks of vertical coins.In order to increase the amount of coins to be gathered into stacks of coins and wrapped as rolls of coins, per time unit, and in order to reduce the size of the mechanism the invention provides a tilting station consisting of two parallel tracks which connect to a feeding track. The parallel tracks are spaced a distance from each other which is slightly less than the diameter of the coins. A coin retainer is provided with an angled surface spanning the transportation direction of the coins. The coin retainer is mounted so that it can be swivelled against the transportation direction of the coins.
