摘要： A button ball and alignment rib formed to a bezel mates with an aperture on a floating button cluster to align and secure the floating button cluster such that the buttons of the floating button cluster are aligned with their corresponding apertures formed in the bezel. The alignment rib has a tapered rib disposed upon it and upon the tapered rib is formed a semi-spherical ball reinforced by an enlarged post that is formed from the bezel to the semi-spherical ball. A plurality of apertures are formed in the floating button cluster, one of which receives the semi-spherical ball and retains it once it has passed through the aperture.

摘要： A switch actuator includes a separate cap and connector which are assembled through an aperture formed in a resilient membrane which provides a switch cover. The resilient membrane has an exposed exterior surface and an opposite interior surface. The membrane is mountable, by gluing or the like of the interior surface to a switch plate having one or more pressure actuated electrical switches mounted thereto. The switch cover has one or more button-receiving apertures. A portion of the membrane immediately surrounding the button receiving apertures may be outwardly deformed as a circular frusto-conical dome.

摘要： An electronic equipment having a lever mechanism equipped with a button which when pushed operates an electric switch mounted to a printed wiring circuit board. The lever mechanism includes a first member having an end thereof which is bendably connected to the electronic equipment via a first elastic portion. A second member is also provided in this lever mechanism with an end thereof which is bendably connected to the electronic equipment via a second elastic portion. This elastic portion includes an arm for operating the electric switch. The first lever members are connected by third and fourth elastic portions mounted to the ends of the coupling member to transmit a displacement caused by the bend of the first lever member to the second lever member.

摘要： An improved keyswitch comprises a stage having a mounting hole and a keycap having a plunger on bottom thereof. The plunger is movably arranged within the plunger. At least one guiding rib is provided within the stage or on lateral side of the keycap; and at least one groove corresponding to the guiding rib is provided on lateral side of the keycap or within the stage, the guiding rib fit within the groove such that the keycap is movable upward and downward within the mounting hole without shaking. The keycap is in contact with the stage on lateral side thereof, the friction therebetween is reduced.
