摘要： An operating switch panel, such as for an audio equipment tuner, utilizes a metal plate which is divided into a plurality of operating parts by simultaneous etching from both sides. Connecting parts remain between individual operating parts. Thin hinges are formed on the operating parts by etching from the back surface of the metal plate, dividing each operating part into two stationary and movable parts. The stationary parts are connected to each other through the connecting parts. Display parts in the form of recesses are formed on the surface of the metal plate respectively at each operating part. Projections are formed on the back surfaces of the movable parts for engaging associated switches. A number of operating parts can be arranged close to each other in a simplified and economical manufacturing process.

Switches are provided on an upper surface of a base plate and operation unit insertion holes are formed in an operation panel made of metal. Each operator unit includes a key top connected for vertical pivot motion to a casing via a hinge, and frame portions continuously formed together in an upper part of wall portions. The key top is disposed inside the frame portions with a gap therebetween. The frame portions fitted in the insertion hole restrict a horizontal positional motion of the operator unit relative to the operator insertion hole.

摘要： The present invention provides an electronic apparatus with an operation button that can be easily mounted and prevents from being pushed into the electronic apparatus excessively. A front panel is provided with a button mounting portion. The front panel is further provided with an opening, a stopper portion, and a convex portion. The convex portion is fitted into a concave portion formed in an operation button to position the operation button. The operation button is sandwiched between the convex portion and a decorative panel. When an operating portion is pushed, a hinge portion formed on the operation button is bent to allow a pushing portion inserted through the opening to operate an internal switch. An abutting portion abuts against the stopper portion to inhibit the operation button from being excessively pushed in.
