    摘要: Automatic calibration process for electronic grinder-doser apparatuses of coffee in beans provided with an electronic weighing device directly connected to the logic control unit of the apparatus, wherein the grinding times necessary for obtaining the requested dose weight in grams of ground coffee are pre-set, the process being aimed at periodically checking the quantity of coffee actually ground, re-calculating and re-setting the grinding times in the logic unit. The process particularly comprises a first phase (Phase A) of start, a second phase (Phase B) of sampling by multiple short and long detections, a third phase (Phase C) of processing by compensation calculation and a fourth phase (Phase D) of self-adjustment, the second, third and fourth phases (Phases B-D) being totally automatic, that is to say, being sequentially carried out by the electronic grinder-doser apparatus as automatic procedures by the logic control unit.

    摘要: The invention relates to a beverage producing machine (1) comprising a housing (3) and a connector (20) for attaching an ingredient container (C) to said housing. The connector comprises a bottom wall (23) with a passage (25) for dispensing said ingredient towards the interior of the housing and a locking seat for said ingredient container. The locking seat comprises a ridge member (29) at least partly surrounding the bottom wall, wherein at least one resilient element (47, 49) is provided in said locking seat and constrained to the ridge member. The ridge member (29) is provided with at least one tangentially extending slot (39, 41) with an edge (39A, 41A) extending substantially parallel to and distanced from the bottom wall. The at least one resilient element projects from the edge of the slot towards the bottom wall (23) and is arranged to reduce backlash between an ingredient container and said connector when said ingredient container is locked to said connector.

    摘要: A seasoning container including a plastic molded main body for holding granular seasonings, a grinding mechanism sealed in the main body for grinding the granular seasonings into powder for directly sprinkling over food, a turning knob connected to an upper end of the grinding mechanism projected from a top of the main body for manually controlling the grinding mechanism, and a shell made of sheet material and removably mounted around the main body. The main body further includes vertically connected lower and upper cylinders that may be freely shortened or extended in length to provide different height for the main body. The shell is removably connected at upper and lower end to receiving grooves formed around upper and lower peripheries of the upper and the lower cylinders, respectively. Differently shaped shells may be selected for mounting around similarly structured main body during the manufacturing process to easily create seasoning containers of different appearances at reduced cost.
