    摘要: A coffee grinder includes a load cell fixed to a bracket for measuring the weight of coffee powder contained in the filter of a filter holder arranged in a seat of the bracket. The load cell has rear and front portions attached to the bracket, and a holder attached to a base, wherein the load cell is mounted on the support, so that the rear portion of the load cell is attached to the rear portion of the support, and the front portion of the load cell is spaced away from the front portion of the support to leave a gap between the front portion of the support and the front portion of the load cell. The width of the gap is such to allow for a downward bending of the front portion of the load cell that is lower than a maximum load limit of the load cell.

Generally, the device may be configured to prepare foodstuffs, such as sesame seeds, by roasting and grinding them to produce Tahini, or any other similar prepared food. Optionally, the foodstuff may be communicated into the grinding funnel from a dispensing funnel or from a roasting cavity having a heating element configured to govern the temperature of the roasting cavity.

    摘要: A foodstuff grinding device is a portable grinding apparatus for coffee beans, herbs, spices, marijuana, and the like. The device takes a form of a cylindrical shape. The bottom portion of the device includes a rechargeable battery that operates an internal electric motor via a control switch. The upper portion of the invention includes a compartment with lid that holds the material to be ground.
