摘要： A relaxation device of a cardboard strapping machine includes a connector being movably extended into a top holder. When the connector retreats from a connective channel in the top holder, a middle pressure lever descends to loosen the overlapping straps, so that the overlapping strap is not pulled by the retracted connector to cause misalignment, the adhesion area is complete, and its adhesion strength is good. In contrast, a cardboard pile cannot be fastened by the strap, which is deformed by a drag force when a counter-pressure plate is pulled back, through a traditional strapping machine for bundling cardboards. Furthermore, another forcibly pull-off implementation will weaken the connection strength at an overlapping portion of a strap head and a strap tail of the strap.

摘要： A strapping device includes a handle, a body, and an actuator. The handle includes an input device and a switch, the input device spaced from the switch by a biasing element that applies a bias force to the input device. The input device moves from a first state spaced from the switch to a second state contacting the switch responsive to receiving a force greater than the bias force. A circuit of the switch is closed responsive to the input device moving from the first state to the second state. The switch outputs an actuation signal responsive to the circuit being closed. The body includes a tensioner and a base including a strap receiver opposite the tensioner. The actuator moves the tensioner from a first tensioner position to a second tensioner position further from the strap receiver based on a movement force greater than the bias force.

摘要： Systems and methods for applying strips of paper banding to secure a package containing a plurality of sheets of corrugated paperboard is disclosed. At least one strip of paper banding which may be folded unto itself may be wrapped around the plurality of sheets of corrugated paperboard, after which an end of the strip is secured to the paper banding using a fastener, such as adhesive. As a result, the strip of paper banding holds the plurality of sheets of corrugated paperboard together. The strip of paper banding and any associated fasteners may be completely recyclable, and substantially weather resistant. Additionally, each strip of paper banding may have sufficient width to prevent damage of any of the sheets of corrugated paperboard during transportation. Additionally, a shipping label may be printed directly onto one of the strips of paper banding.
