    摘要: According to one embodiment, a Vacuum interrupter includes a pair of electrodes provided such that their electrode opposed surfaces face each other, and an undulating structure provided in at least one of the electrode opposed surfaces. The undulating structure includes one or more projections which project from the electrode opposed surface, and depressions provided so as to be adjacent to the projections, respectively. The projections and the depressions are alternately provided in a direction crossing the electrode opposed surface. In a conducting state in which the electrodes are in contact with each other, the projections are in contact with the opposite electrode opposed surface.

The fixed-side and movable-side spacers are made of a material with lower conductivity than materials of the fixed-side and movable-side longitudinal magnetic-field coils, or made of an insulator.

    摘要: A shield element for a vacuum interrupter for installation between an electrically conductive wall element and an electrically insulating wall element of a vacuum interrupter includes a connection region, a shield inner region and a shield outer region. The shield outer region can be disposed outside of and the shield inner region can be disposed within the vacuum interrupter. The connection region has a first structure and a second structure which prevent the formation of mechanical stresses after soldering of the vacuum interrupter. A vacuum interrupter, a method for producing a shield element and a method for producing a vacuum interrupter are also provided.

    摘要: A vacuum interrupter (1) is equipped with a vacuum container (2) and a fixed electrode (3) and a movable electrode (4), which are provided in the vacuum container (2). The vacuum container (2) is constructed by hermetically joining a fixed-side end plate (6) to one end portion of an insulating tube (5) and by hermetically joining a movable-side end plate (7) to the other end portion of the insulating tube (5). The insulating tube (5) is equipped at its end portion with a projection portion (5a) that projects in an axial direction of the insulating tube (5) along an outer periphery of the insulating tube (5). The insulating tube (5) is equipped at its end portion with an end plate joining portion (5b) that projects from a base end portion of the projection portion (5a) in an inner peripheral direction of the insulating tube (5). The end plate joining portion (5b) is equipped on its surface with a metallized layer (8) to which the fixed-side end plate (6) (or the movable-side end plate (7)) is joined by brazing. The metallized layer (8) is equipped with a joining portion (8a) that extends in a radial direction of the insulating tube (5), and an extension portion (8b) that extends in an axial direction of the insulating tube (5) from an end portion of the joining portion (8a) on an inner peripheral side of the insulating tube (5).

    摘要: A gas-insulated switching device includes: a vacuum valve having a movable contact provided on one side of a movable conductor and a fixed contact provided to a fixed conductor; an insulation rod connected to another side of the movable conductor led out from the vacuum valve through a bellows; an operation rod connecting the insulation rod and an operation device; an airtight container in which the insulation rod, the other side of the movable conductor, and the operation rod are accommodated; and an intermediate pressure chamber formed by communication between internal spaces of the bellows and the airtight container. A sliding contact member is provided to the other side of the movable conductor. The sliding contact member is connected, via the airtight container, to a main circuit conductor. A communication portion provided between the airtight container and the sliding contact member allows communication inside the airtight container.

    摘要: In an electric contact including a base material, high-melting-point substance particles, and an intermetallic compound, the intermetallic compound containing a MnX compound (X represents Te or Se) and a compound of a Mn—Cu solid-solution phase and X, is dispersed in the base material. If the Vickers hardness of the high-melting-point substance particles is higher than 0 Hv and lower than 200 Hv, the particle diameter of the high-melting-point substance particles is not smaller than 0.1 μm and not larger than 100 μm. If the Vickers hardness of the high-melting-point substance particles is 200 Hv or higher, the particle diameter is not smaller than 0.1 μm and not larger than 10 μm. The mass of X atoms is not lower than 1.5 mass % and not higher than 15 mass %. The atomic weight ratio Mn/(Mn+X) is not lower than 20 at % and not higher than 80 at %.
