Abstract: Provided are a wet friction plate and a wet multiplate clutch device including the wet friction plates capable of improving the performance for discharging lubricant oil adhering to surfaces of friction members. A wet friction plate includes oil grooves and friction members on a flat plate annular core metal. At a surface of a porous layer of the friction member, a friction slide surface and lubricant oil recessed portions are formed. The lubricant oil recessed portion has no sharp portion in a pointed shape, such as a corner portion, and is formed with a smooth continuous surface. The multiple lubricant oil recessed portions depressed in a recessed shape with respect to the friction slide surface are formed. In the porous layer, hollow portions are formed to have the same formation rate between a portion forming the friction slide surface and a portion forming the lubricant oil recessed portion.

Abstract: Provided is a centrifugal clutch configured so that a clutch capacity can be increased with a simple configuration. A centrifugal clutch 200 includes a drive plate 210 to be directly rotatably driven by drive force of an engine. The drive plate 210 includes each of swing support pins 214 and protruding bodies 218. The swing support pin 214 is fitted in a pin slide hole 231 formed at a clutch weight 230 to swingably support the clutch weight 230. The protruding body 218 is formed as a cylindrical roller. A driven portion 235 of the clutch weight 230 contacts the protruding body 218. The pin slide hole 231 is formed in a long hole shape allowing backward displacement of the clutch weight 230 in the rotary drive direction of the drive plate 210. The driven portion 235 is formed to extend inclined toward an outer rear side in a rotary drive direction of the drive plate 210.

Abstract: A motor performing power driving and regeneration has an inverter, a mechanical brake, a power storage device supplying energy to the motor, an accelerator operator controlling the motor to adjust a drive torque of a driving wheel, a mechanical brake operator controlling the mechanical brake to adjust a braking torque, a regenerative brake operator adjusting a braking torque of the driving wheel and recovering the energy into the power storage device, and a detector detecting a rotation speed of the motor. When the rotation speed of the motor is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, a predetermined braking torque, based on an operation amount of the regenerative brake operator, is generated by regenerative braking.

Abstract: Provided are a wet friction plate configured so that drag torque can be reduced while a manufacturing burden is reduced with a simple configuration, a wet multiplate clutch device including the wet friction plates, and a wet friction plate manufacturing method. A wet friction plate (200) includes friction members (210) provided on a flat plate annular core metal (201), having oil grooves (203), and made of a paper material. The friction members (210) include higher friction members (211) and lower friction members (212). The higher friction member (211) is formed such that the height thereof from a surface of the core metal (201) is higher than that of the lower friction member (212). In addition, the higher friction member (211) is formed with a less-elastically-deformable structure than that of the lower friction member (212). The lower friction member (212) is formed such that the height thereof from the surface of the core metal (201) is lower than that of the higher friction member (211). In addition, the lower friction member (212) is formed with a more-elastically-deformable structure than that of the higher friction member (211). The higher friction members (211) and the lower friction members (212) are alternately arranged along a circumferential direction on the core metal (201).

Abstract: A centrifugal clutch is configured so that assist thrust can be maintained constant or can be decreased even when a clutch shoe is abraded. The centrifugal clutch includes a drive plate to be rotatably driven by drive force of an engine. The drive plate includes each of swing support pins and the plate-side cam bodies. The swing support pin is fitted in a long-hole-shaped pin slide hole formed at a clutch weight to swingably support the clutch weight. The plate-side cam body includes a cylindrical roller, and a weight-side cam body of the clutch weight contacts the plate-side cam body. The weight-side cam body is formed as such a curved surface that a cam angle when a clutch shoe contacts a cylindrical surface of a clutch outer is the same between before and after abrasion of the clutch shoe progresses.

Each friction member (103) includes an outer side (104a) facing an outer edge portion of the core bar (102) and an inner side (104b) facing an inner edge portion of the core bar (102) and extending parallel to the outer side (104a), and is formed in a rectangular shape. The friction members (103) are bonded onto the core bar (102) in such a direction that the outer side (104a) and the inner side (104b) are inclined at an inclination angle (θ) with respect to a perpendicular line (CL) perpendicular to a line (OL) connecting the center (O1) of the core bar (102) as the center of rotation of the clutch friction plate (101) and the center (O2) of the friction member (103).
