    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for performing a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. A method for performing a random access by a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, configuration information on an initial bandwidth part (initial BWP) for a terminal having reduced capability; and on the basis of detecting a link failure, transmitting, to the base station, a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble in the initial bandwidth part. Here, on the basis of the initial bandwidth part being associated with one or more PRACH resource sets, the PRACH preamble may be transmitted in a PRACH resource set related to the reduced capability from among the one or more PRACH resource sets.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting and receiving signals and channels in a wireless communication system. A method performed in a wireless communication system by a UE according to an embodiment may comprise: first DCI indicating a new data indicator (NDI) value and an HARQ process number (HPN) value is received in a first cell; a group common PDSCH scheduled by the first DCI is received in the first cell; second DCI indicating the NDI value and the HPN value is received in a second cell; and a UE-dedicated PDSCH scheduled by the second DCI is received in the first cell. Here, the UE-dedicated PDSCH may be received by being determined as the retransmission of a transport block (TB) of the group common PDSCH based on a pre-configured condition.

In particular, the method comprises the steps in which a base station: receives information related to a sensing beam used for initiating channel occupancy time (COT); determines, on the basis of a quasi co-located (QCL) relationship between the sensing beam and the UL transmission, whether COT sharing is available; on the basis that the COT sharing is not available, senses a channel corresponding to the UL transmission on the basis of a type 1 channel access procedure (CAP) and performs the UL transmission on the basis of the channel being sensed as IDLE; and on the basis that the COT sharing is available, senses the channel on the basis of a type 2 CAP and performs the UL transmission within the COT on the basis of the channel being sensed as IDLE.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for determining the number of coded modulation symbols for uplink control information (UCI) when transmitting, in a wireless communication system, the UCI via a transport block processing over multiple slots (TBoMS) PUSCH to which TBoMS has been applied. The number of coded modulation symbols for the UCI is determined on the basis of the total number of bits being transmitted via the TBoMS PUSCH, and a value obtained by multiplying the number (Z) of slots configured for the TBoMS PUSCH by the sum of the number of resource elements that can be used for the transmission of the UCI in OFDM symbols for the TBoMS PUSCH in one slot through which the UCI is transmitted, from among the multiple slots.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of receiving a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method may include receiving a discontinuous reception (DRX) related configuration through higher layer signaling, receiving downlink control information (DCI) in an on-duration of a DRX cycle based on the DRX related configuration, and receiving a downlink signal in an on-duration of a subsequent DRX cycle following the DRX cycle. The on-duration of the subsequent DRX cycle may be configured based on the DCI.
